Terrible value for money
Pros:

The staff were friendly and the margaritas were good.

Cons:

The smell of cigarette smoke in the room was overwhelming for us non-smokers. We paid for a deluxe double room with sea view and disappointingly overlooked the restaurant roof and exhaust fan with a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The floor was dirty with long black hair in places. We requested housekeeping to come and clean the room again after we checked in (which they did). The laundry service shrunk and discoloured our clothes. The location is in the middle of nowhere (our own fault for booking here) with no other restaurants or bars around. There were wafts of sewage odour at the beach and pool. Food and drinks were expensive. Terrible value for money. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. We wondered why on earth we booked it in the first place (must have done so a while ago). This was the most expensive and worst hotel experience of our trip to Türkiye.

Beautiful
Pros:

The hotel has a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. However, the absolute highlight of our experience was Halil. He was exceptionally attentive and genuinely made our stay so much better. There wasn’t a single request that he wasn’t ready to help with, always with a big smile and a positive attitude. At one point, I was struggling with the Wi-Fi at the beach and was stressed because I needed to work. Without me even asking, Halil noticed and offered to share his personal mobile data with me. That small gesture says everything about the level of care he provides. He truly goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from customer service and is undoubtedly a gem of this hotel.

Cons:

The only thing i didn’t like is every time i had to ask for the iron from the reception, it should have been available in the room.

Déçue par le rapport qualité prix , pas un 4 étoiles!
Pros:

Salle de sport ; proximité avec la plage

Cons:

Chambre sans terrasse . Prix du Petit déjeuner exhorbitant non justifié par ce qui est proposé . Le ménage n était pas optimum ( absence de housse pour les taies d oreiller , poussière sous le lit … )

Oké, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Zag er goed uit voor half pensioen. Mooie nieuwe gebouwen etc.

Cons:

Kamers waren niet schoon. Zag er schoon uit maar was het niet. De vloer word niet gedweild. Na 10 minuten binnen zijn had ik al zwarte slipper zolen. Het is een probleem om met de taxi weg te komen. Word nergens vermeld dat je iedere avond 45 minuten moet wachten. Te weinig personeel. Aan het zwembad kan je wat bestellen maar tot je een personeel tegenkomt ben je ook 30-45 minuten verder. En dan nog wachten op eten of drinken. Je besteld water door de hitte die je pas na een uur drinkt. Echt verschrikkelijk. Geen overzicht ook van het zwembad personeel. Die kan je bijna niet vinden omdat die van alles doet. Je moet zelf je handdoek pakken vanuit de kast en zelf maar een plekje zoeken. 60% van de ligbedden zijn al ‘vol’ terwijl er de hele middag niemand komt. Mag beter gehandhaafd worden. En prijzen die je extra moet betalen is belachelijk. Bijna €25 voor een dood normale saaie salade al. Je belt de receptie maar je krijgt niemand te pakken. Te drukke lijnen en als er een bezoeker fysiek daar staat word de telefoon gewoon genegeerd. Al met al hebben ze gewoon meet personeel nodig.

A disappointing stay for the price tag.
Cons:

There isn’t a lift at this hotel, which made getting around with heavy suitcases very impractical. My friend had an injury and having to travel to the top floor everytime we would leave ? 0/10. If you are trying to book a room for 3 people, please don’t bother. Even though it says it accommodates 3, the room is way too small.
The staff was also not responsive, we called for an iron and waited 2 hours. When they cleaned our room they didn’t replace the cups, when we tried to call for new cups we waited and waited and it never came. It truly was a poor experience which was disappointing for the high price tag.

Super, je recommande
Pros:

L’hôtel était encore mieux que ce qu'on espérait. Il est à équidistance entre le centre de Bodrum (30 min) et la Marina Bay là ou il y a toutes les boutiques de luxes et les restaurants fancy (40 min).
Le petit déjeuner est bon, la piscine et la plage sont très bien, le personnel est top et super à l'écoute. La literie est agréable, la chambre est spacieuse. Le restaurant de l’hôtel situé en face est très bon également.
Cependant, une voiture est nécessaire pour se déplacer, mais l’hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit.

Cons:

La couverture pour le lit n'est pas super c'est très léger et on a du demander une autre couverture.
Il n'y a qu'un sauna, pas de hammam et ça ferme tôt (20h) donc on n'a pas pu beaucoup en profiter. Dommage que ce ne soit pas un All inclusive compris dans le prix car une fois à l’hôtel c'est compliqué de trouver à manger autre part qu'à l’hôtel donc mieux vaut prendre tout inclus.

Brilliant staff and relaxing atmosphere.
Pros:

All the staff were so helpful with anything you may need, especially Fahrettin and Lokman. The hotel private beach was amazing and the food served to the beach was great. Our stay was made so easy thanks to all the staff.

La cuisine, la gentillesse du personnel et la piscine

Cons:

La plage, le nettoyage de la chambre et le changement aléatoire des serviettes. Très cher. Bonne nourriture mais hors de prix. Minibar avec prix délirants
