We love Aruba.
Pros:

The location was excellent as it located by the airport (5 min walk). Our plane was delayed 1 day so we decided to stay here as breakfast is included and this saved us time in the morning to get ready to the airport. The breakfast has varieties of selections including cereals, fruit and fruit juices, hot items, bread, pastries..., coffee, tea. The rooms are spacious with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The bathroom is clean. We definitely will come back here again. Thank you Hyatt staff to keep the facility clean.

Escalada por vuelo demorado
Pros:

Se amolda perfecto para descansar en una escala. No es la ubicación para ir hacer turismo. La comida del bar es buena precio calidad, pero faltan opciones.

Cons:

Nos quisieron cobrar un taxi más de 50 dólares por menos de 10 min de viaje. Obvio no lo tomamos.

The location to the airport. The free shuttle to downtown. The breakfast. The size of the room. The helpfulness of staff.

Cons:

The card that I used to book the room and the card that I used for incidentals were both charged for the price of the room. I notified the front desk of the issue the day before I checked out however the day of check out was when they were trying to resolve the issue. I continue to monitor to ensure that the refund was successful. Other than this situation I had a wonderful stay.
