Séjour très décevant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Franchement, rien ne m’a plu dans cet établissement

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé la propreté, le service était médiocre, le personnel peu accueillant et les installations ne correspondent pas aux photos. Le séjour n’était pas confortable et l’expérience globale était décevante

Le personnel a été très gentil. J'ai apprécié l'accueil.

Cons:

J'avais demandé de prolonger de 2 jours mais ils ont oublié de faire la réservation.

les buffets du diner et petit déjeuner étaient vraiment limités.

Ein schönes Hotel
Pros:

Alleinreisend im März
Die Begrüßung war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und es war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon aus konnte man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer genießen.
Das Essen war gut und vielseitig. Alle waren hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Reinigungsfeen haben alles schön sauber gemacht.
Das Wasser des Innenpools war herrlich warm. Auch die Rückenmassage hat sehr gut getan.
Am Strand kann man nicht in die Stadt laufen, aber in die andere Richtung.
In der Umgebung gibt es eine Apotheke, einen Supermarkt und einen großen Souvenirladen.
Ich habe mich gut erholt. Gerne wieder!

Un hotel nul et une expérience decevante.

Un hotél nul sur tous plans

Cons:

Les mauvaises odeurs partout (accueil ,chambre …) des bruits la nuit ,
la communication révèle un manque d’experience flagrant.
la gestion à l’extérieur et l’intérieur avec les clients .
je déconseille les familles et les jeunes qui veulent le calme à reserver ici
