Médiocre comme l’état de l’hôtel 😡!!

On a rien aimé dans cet hôtel , mais à part les animations le soir.

Cons:

Hôtel pas entretenu , le buffet nul et médiocre , toujours la même chose ! Niveau hygiène c’était médiocre. Les toilettes à côté de la réception sales tout le temps avec de l’eau par terre . Personnels non présents , sauf les animateurs. Toboggans ouverts 2h30 dans la journée entière , nous on a réservé cet hôtel justement pour nos enfants qu’ils puissent profiter des toboggans mais la réalité c’est qu’ils sont ouvert à 10h30 jusqu’à 12h30 et l’après midi de 14h30 jusqu’à 16h et encore ils arrêtent avant ! En fait ils font c qu’ils veulent….! Les photos sur booking date des années 2000 je crois car la réalité et autre ….! Je déconseille pour vos familles!

L’hôtel n’est pas compatible avec les photos afficher sur booking , il es mal entretenue . Les toboggans ils sont ouvert que 3h pendant toute la journée c’est dommage !

Hotel Royal Jinene perfetto per le vacanze
Pros:

Hotel Royal Jinene è un albergo meraviglioso e tranquillo di fronte al mare. Camere ampie e pulite con un ampio balcone con vista sul mare. Arredi semplice e moderni, TV plasma con diversi canali internazionali, frigorifero, cassaforte, aria condizionata ben funzionante e bagno e doccia separati, grande piscina, centro spa e spiaggia privata davanti l'albergo.
Il personale dell'hotel alla reception, al ristorante, in piscina, in spiaggia e il personale delle pulizie sono tutti gentile, cordiali e disponibili, colazione, pranzo e cena sono buoni, con cibo vario e fresco...
Avendo lavorato per anni in alberghi a quattro e cinque stelle in Italia, posso tranquillamente consigliare questo hotel a tutti: famiglie, coppie e single.

L emplacement de l hôtel,et la vue sur la mer 🌊..
J ai aussi apprécier que l hôtel est bien sous bonne garde a l entrée et sortie de l'hôtel.

Cons:

L hôtel en général n es pas très propre et les chambres laissent a désiré (toilette très sale plein de calcaire abattant casser,sdb pas propre ,baignoire pleins de rouille et lavabo avec du calcaire ,lit pas confortable )pour un 4 étoiles c est assez décevant. Le ménage dans les chambres sur 4 jours avec assistance la chambre a était faite 1 fois et en plus a la va vite .....
Les repas et pt déjeuner très catastrophique,peu de choix ,impression cuit a la va vite et toujours pareil pour les plats sur 4 jours il y avait 3 fois du thon ,le café c'était du charbon ,l eau du thé n était jamais chaud et la machine a café était en panne le grille pain q'une partie fonctionne .....Au niveau des boissons servi au verre plastique qui se casse facilement si on ne mets pas 2 par 2 ....
L eau pas moyen d' avoir de l eau froide et le in inclusive en dehors des repas rien pour le goûter (avec un Ado qui a toujours faim pas facile !!!))

Le personnel est en majorité serviable et sérieux .
Il y a des efforts pour varier les repas et proposer des spécialités tunisiennes .

Cons:

La piscine intérieure de l'hôtel est fermée alors que ce n'est pas indiqué sur la réservation. Ce fut une grosse déception .
Il y a eu un malentendu lors du paiement ,on a voulu me faire payer deux fois les taxes de l'hôtel .
