Fantastic location and amenities!
Pros:

Hotel was very close to the town, great amenities and pool area and the staff were very helpful in sorting out an ATV for our stay. Would definitely be staying here again to explore Naxos again.

Schöne, moderne Unterkunft in großer Hotelanlage mit leichten Abstrichen

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer und tolle Poolanlage, die leider wegen der Lage (Umgebung industriell) nicht hervorragend ist.
Entfernung zum Zentrum ist aber in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns leider nicht zugesagt. Gutschein von dem Restaurant nebenan, aber die Speisen waren unterdurchschnittlich und auch nicht gerade üppig.

Mir hat das freundliche Personal gefallen.

Cons:

Das es leider nicht Privatsphäre hatte.
Das Hotel ist darauf ausgelegt wir ein Dorf zu wirken, jedoch entsteht dadurch eine viel zu offene Umgebung.
Es gab keine Abtrennung an unserer Terrasse zur Nachbarsterasse, was nicht so schön war.
Darüber hinaus, gibt es keine Schallisolierung.

A friendly, relaxing stay in a great location to town.
Pros:

We researched the hotels on the island for a long time before deciding on the Naxos Green Village Hotel. Two reasons, was the pool and the location to the town for evening food and walks. The pool area is very nice and though it is by a busy road, you don't notice it. The view from one side of the pool looks on the unfinished town sports center which isn't great but it didn't bother us. The grounds are lovely overall, the rooms are very nice, lots of cats which the kids loved. The walk to town has 3-4 versions you can take and all are easy and 2 take you in the back way through the old market, which is really beautiful. The staff on the desk are amazing and very helpful and can't do enough for you. Having travelled all of over Naxos town, we felt we made the correct decision for the location, price and staff. The beach is a nice area but very busy and only a 15-20 min easy walk away.

Cons:

We did laundry, 18 Euro for a big bag, seemed pricy but the drop off rate is 16 euro per bag in the town, so the extra 2 euros is fair for delivery and pick up.

Real issue with hot water. Complained 3x and it never improved. Didnt have a hot shower during our stay which made it very uncomfortable, shame because lovely facilities in room itself including bathroom

Lovely hotel for Naxos town pity about the cold showers
Pros:

This hotel is set out like a small village and is just on the edge of the main central area of Naxos town but still within walking distance of everything - the ferry port is a 15 minute walk away, but you can vary the route you take exploring the narrow back streets and castle area. There is a swimming pool and a good sized supermarket just across the road which is super convenient. The rooms had a kettle, coffee machine and good size fridge. There is a café / restaurant on site called The Pantry that does breakfast / brunch and we ate there a couple of mornings. I would say it was OK - we had their breakfast menu deal where you get a drink (but coffee has an extra charge), a main (generally 2 eggs cooked the way you want and a piece of ham and bread ) and a side such as fruit salad or yogurt. Overall we found the hotels location convenient and quiet as slightly away from the main centre but still with everything within walking distance.

Cons:

Our only complaint was the lack of proper hot water. There was very little difference in temperature between the hot and cold. I did go to reception and ask about it. The girl came to the room and after running water for some time said that's the hot water. I would say it wasn't hot - just not cold. The hot water temperature was luke warm and similar to that in a swimming pool. It did mean for us showers were very quick and not what I would describe as warm let alone hot. We stayed at 4 hotels on Greek islands and this was the only one we had an issue with, If you like cold showers this is the hotel for you
