Agréable séjour et le personnel est adorable.

Great stay, probably even greater in the future.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful and friendly personnel, stylish rooms with great amenities.

Cons:

When we visited, the property didn’t feel fully “finished” yet (for example there were some dry fountains and unkept gardens). Also, the accomodation itself is beautiful but the view from the pool is rather ugly and industrial looking.

Pros:

Very pretty room, superb for summer even has an outside terrace. Inside you get a hanging egg chair and very stylish decorations.

Cons:

Room was dirty, cold and musty. Probably needs a deep cleaning before the summer season.

Pros:

On se croirait dans un petit village, la chambre est très confortable et magnifiquement décorée. Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable, ils nous ont attendu pour le check in alors que notre bateau a eu beaucoup de retard et nous ont aidé à trouver une voiture de location. Très bonne adresse à Naxos !

Disappointing. The added costs for everything felt like a cut rate airline. At breakfast, we had to pay €2 per cup of coffee even though breakfast was supposed to be included. The breakfast restaurant is also private and limited breakfast to specific categories. We ended up paying €16 for 2 days coffee and I had nothing for breakfast on the final day. The fitness center is private and charges €15 per person. The wellness facilities are also private and charge €100 for 60 mins in the hot tub. I’m sure the pool would be nice but it was too cold.

Excellent friendly staff, happy to assist with anything we needed. Cafe on site was also delicious. Hotel also arranged transfers from the airport and to the port - seamless

Le personnel très disponible a l écoute, très réactifs. La décoration magnifique de l hôtel, un surclassement top !
L emplacement top pour rayonner en voiture sur toute l île et à pied dans la vielle ville.
Tout le monde hyper gentil ! Je recommande

Cons:

Vacances en Avril les infrastructures pas encore prêtes. Pas de piscine, la magnifique salle de restauration (avec un personnel hyper gentil) en petit travaux. La saison pas encore commencée dommage - séjour fin avril.
