False impression... stuffy and cramped. Don't trust the fotos
Pros:

In city centre

Cons:

It was very very very small like a closet with no windows no ventilation and a very loud extractor fan in the bathroom. For 2 people with our bags it was a nightmare we could not move around in the room it was really stuffy and small.

There is no place to sit outside in the hotel or relax with our friends as we traveled in a group.


The angle of the fotos taken for this accommodation creates a false impression


This is definitely not a boutique hotel.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet, ein süßer Hund nahm uns in Empfang. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer ist hell eingerichtet. Aber wer länger bleiben will sollte sich kein Economy Zimmer buchen. Der Raum ist sehr beengt. Da im Zimmer kein Balkon ist um seine nassen Handtücher oder Schwimmsachen aufzuhängen, bietet die Unterkunft einen kostenlosen Trocknerservice an. Sie händigen die getrockneten Sachen dann auf Nachfrage aus. Auf die Empfehlung vom Hotel waren wir im Beachclub 71 Derece frühstücken, was überraschend gut war. Wer Frühstück bucht, kann sich über die Zusammenarbeit der Unterkunft und des Beachclubs freuen. Ansonsten muss man pro Person 650 Türkische Lira zahlen , was sich für uns alle Male gelohnt hat.

Cons:

Der Föhn im Zimmer war kaputt und es war kein Ersatz da. Es gab keine Möglichkeit irgendwas aufzuhängen. Es gab einen einzigen Parkplatz. Was aber ein generelles Problem in Bodrum ist, da die Straßen alle samt sehr eng sind.

Family stay at Mare Marin
Pros:

This is our second time coming back to Mare Marin. And this year we came back with our newborn Emma. The staff were super helpful and always friendly. The hotel has also made some noticeable improvements.

Cons:

The hotel has a seperate breakfast location in the marina. The breakfast place is beautiful however they don't speak English so we had multiple mix ups with our breakfast.

Overrated as boutique hotel
Pros:

Not much, very out of the way from Bodrum central. Comfortable bed and fridge, warm air conditioner. Only useful if you have hired a car.

Cons:

Too far from the city, ferry terminal and spent eighty euros in taxis. First night no lights at 1 am, and at 3.30 am the toilet was not flushing and ran like a noisy river all morning. Only stayed one night, lost money and had to find alternative accommodation closer to the ferry terminal for early morning departure. No understanding of English at reception, no wi-fi, very frustrating and no assistance with enquiries... Managed to get limited wifi set up, booking said breakfast included but they said no.
