Pool was lovely, and planting around it also.
Very steep steps up from the road and no hand rail.Steps into the pool had lost their rubber feet.No toast at breakfast and tea although always hot was a bit stewed.We had been offered a ground floor Seaview room but this had been given to the cleaner!! Our room couldn't be locked from the inside at night and a couple of times my wife who has dementia would just open in her confusion, I did mention this to the manager but nothing. I asked for them to get in zero alcohol beer and offered to buy it but that didn't materialise.

The hotel is exceptional, very modern with lovely decoration which gives a big point. The swimming pool is big, the bar open all day and the breakfast amazing
The staff are very nice, always smiling, we can understand each other even english it's not their language
We had a room in top floor which makes us very happy because we have a lovely view, we can see the sea in a side and the other side it's the mountain, lovely place. The room is clean and bright
There is no double curtain so in early morning you wake with the sun and noise from cars, trucks..
Everything was great. The hosts were very helpful and catered to our every need. Rooms are great, view is exceptional and breakfast is awesome as well.
On second floor internet was slow
The staff, even if they do not know english, they came to us with the translate. I also appreciate in the morning at breakfast that i have requested cappuccino (not in them menu) and they even do not hold a cappuccino machine, they were improvised and provide me the cappuccino i wanted.
The location, the noise of car from the street (crossing by the street), to much light in room in night (from the TV button, smocking detector and throm outside - pool and terrace)

Great location. Amazing waterfront restaurant and walkway just down the road.
We really enjoyed our stay and would have given it a better score however on arrival we were told our room wasn’t ready for us. We were promised our room would be ready the following day and in the meantime we had a room out the back on the first floor (no view which we had paid for). We were fine with this. When asking to move to our room the next day we were told the same thing, they could move us to our room the following day.
We were never moved to the room we paid for which was a shame. No offer of discount either. This let down our experience.
Booking.com mentions they have an additional charge laundry service. When we asked if we could pay for laundry we were told they didn’t do this.

The owner was so disgusting, no one helps , no one clean out the room for 3 days.
The owner fired a employee so loud and the police has to come .

The staff doesn’t speak English at all.
hotel is good and location is very satisfied. you can go everywhere in Bodrum from hotel. poyraz abi is very good man , he is always smiling and helpful.
They welcomed us there very warmly and with high quality.

This was a terrible experience. The pictures are deceptive and so are the reviews.
Warning the accommodation is not comfortable or safe for women travelers. The Hotel Manager preys on women and overcharges for random things. He did this to me and to two women traveling together, mother and daughter. He guilted me in paying 20 € euros for doing one load of laundry and hang drying it outside. He first said, Its no problem and they could do it and to not worry about paying.
I took it as it is included. I offered to pay a tip. The following day, He said it would be 50€. He then became aggressive and hostile and I was scared. So I paid out of fear for my safety and locked myself in the room. The next day I left with the other women. The women said he did the same thing to them with over charging them for dinner. He tried to charge them 60€ a plate.
The accommodation is very far from Bodrum city. It is in a city Turgutreis. Google the address first. There is lots of traffic. The beaches are not as nice near the hotel. The hotel is not near anything. The accommodation had a broken shower, The AC did not work, The sheets had been stained. It looks good on the outside. Once I noticed the inside, I realized this hotel is a mistake. I am writing here to warn other travelers. Be careful as it is your holiday. It’s better to book somewhere more comfortable and safer and closer to things. This hotel does not offer anything of quality. The hotel manager is hostile.
the design of the hotel is cute and modern, the air conditioning worked well, the view is beautiful. I wish the owner to improve the service and be more cleanliness
The door to the toilet is broken in the room, it does not open from the inside, if you come alone you will stay in the toilet.
Dirty furniture, stained walls, burnt linens, no blackout curtains.
A bed without a blanket, the staff does not understand English well, they brought a blanket without a duvet cover, for a long time they could not understand what a duvet cover was. Then they found it. I made the bed myself. The price included breakfast, upon check-in the administrator did not say then it starts. Coffee at the bar was Nescafe 30 lire🙈
There is no “do not disturb”card in the room, and if you want sleep and relax, you can’t, because the Insects are poisoned in the room while you are in….. knocking while you are sleeping and doing it.
