Niente
5 star hotel full of mosquitoes inside room, was terrible 4 night without sleep because of mosquitoes
Hotel building is nice and impressive however it seems dead and as a fairly new building it seems it doesn’t look after well
It requires more cleaning and attention and better staff training, however the most important part is this hotel is extremely greedy and money driven rather than service based. Super expensive for no apparent reason, they are mediocre at best. They act as most expensive 5 star hotel in the city however they failed to delivery 5 star experience miserably. Amenities and facilities are just laughable.
Absolutely nothing
This establishment just only want to operate nothing but money, they are not 5stars but 2/3 stars at best
The personnel are very attentive.
The strong smell of mosquito-killing chemicals filled the lobby, making it very smoky.
