Tromperie sur le 4 étoile

La 2em chambre , après avoir déménagé

Cons:

Hotel en 2 bâtiments, le 1er donnant directement sur une route ultra bruyante . Le 1er bâtiment : les chambres et les parties communes font penser à un hôpital ( même décoration bariolée) . Après mon fort mécontentement suite au bruit , la réception nous a déménagé ds la partie de l'hôtel 4 étoiles avec chambre sympa.
La nourriture : en 4 jours , on a comptabilisé 4"gastro" ( vomissement , diarrhée) avec mon fils . Éviter impérativement tous les plats en sauce. Nourriture assez moyenne , voire immangeable.

Pros:

Hotel je u mirnijem delu Bijele. Novi deo hotela je veoma cist. Osoblje ljubazno, predusretljivo. Dobra zvucna izolacija. Soba okrenuta ka moru zaklonjen pogled vegetacijom ali mirno i prijatno. Prostrana soba. Udoban, veoma veliki krevet. Hrana raznovrsna. Solidnog ukusa. Cist restoran. Svaka pohvala za spremacicu, perfektno ciscenje sobe i kupatila. Pohvale i za osoblje u restoranu izlaze u susret izuzev radnika iz inostranstva (Azija). Pohvala Gojku u baru na plazi i momku koji priprema pice i grickalice - posveceni poslu.

Cons:

Nisu tako znacajne stvari ali vredi ih napomenuti u svrhu poboljsanja usluge. Sapun u kupatilu je veoma neprijatnog mirisa. Mirise na nesto kiselo, pokvareno, kao da je isteklog roka. Najslabiji momenat u ponudi hrane su kolaci, svi na isti fazon, bledunjavog ukusa. Nedostatak piksli na stolovima gde je dozvoljeno pusenje. Los WiFi u novom delu hotela. Stolovi u baru na plazi razvaljeni, klimavi, bira se gde se ostavlja pice da se sto ne prevrne. Metalne stepenice za izlazak iz mora, nedostaje im bar jos jedno gaziste ako ne i dva. Kada je oseka jedino atleta moze izaci iz vode preko njih. Spasilac dosta rizikuje, veci deo vremena je u hladu iza bara sa fokusom na ulicu.

Staff, food, room, equipment…

Cons:

Beach is boring due to lack of music at least.
One rule makes me strange feeling - you can not stay at hotel beach after 20h. I really hate that rule.

Pros:

Hotel je renoviran,blizina plaze ,udobne ležaljke i čisto more.

Cons:

Iznenadila sam se da u kupatilu nema tuš nego samo stojeći.Spremacica je bila spremiti sobu medjutim svuda je po podu ostalo prljavo.
