Amazing view and friendly staff. 👍👍👍
Pros:

The staff are very friendly. Especially the ice-cream guy and the Beach Bar barman. The girls at the Reception are also very polite and helpful.
The view from the balcony is stunning.

Cons:

The WiFi is not good enough. Basically, you cannot use it at the beach, as it's not working properly outside the main building.

Schönes Hotel, sehr guter Service, toller Ausblick
Pros:

Sehr freundliche, kompetente, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht wunderbar. Die Mahlzeiten in Buffetform waren sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Magistrale, offensichtlich an einer der wenigen Stellen, an denen man beschleunigen kann (nicht darf). Das führt dazu, dass man auch auf den Balkons, die der Straße abgewandt sind, immer wieder starken Lärm in den Abendstunden hat.
Der Strand ist in den Abendstunden "geschlossen". Es ist ein "Wärter" angestellt, der offensichtlich sicherstellen soll, dass niemand diesen Strand betritt, auch keine Hotelgäste.

Na dobroj lokaciji, dobro organizovan
Pros:

Hotel se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji: ima sopstvenu plazu (koju nismo koristili, jer nije bila sezona) ali nismo koristili ni zatvoreni bazen jer je voda bila hladna.
Prilaz hotelu je direktno sa saobracajnice i obezbedjen je parking . Ispred hotela je uredjeno setaliste, a postoji i stanica za lokalne autobuse sto je vrlo korisno, jer parking ne mozete naci ni u Igalu, Herceg Novom, Kotoru, a steta je ne posetiti ih
Osoblje hotela je ljubazno i spremno da pomogne
Hrana je raznovrsna i ukusna

Ocekivali smo da cemo koristiti zatvoreni bazen, ali voda je hladna, pa smo odustali

Pros:

One of your staff Mike is a great 👍 man with good customer support, and assistant 👍

Cons:

Not catering for customers that had a late arrival more so we came as a group. Also living early due to your location at the airport. Flight is 10.45 the hotel transport wants us to live at 04.30am and they cannot arrange for early breakfast for customers evening sandwiches.

Wir haben ein Upgrade für das Zimmer bekommen, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer.
Das Essen war hervorragend, sehr gut gewürzt, abwechslungsreich und auf den Punkt genau gekocht/ zubereitet. Echt lecker!

Perfect hospitality every time!
Pros:

This was our third time in this hotel, and definitively not the last. Staff members are very polite and helpful. Ladies az reception and in Sales department are highly proffesional and truly appreciate loyal guest, therefore, they upgraded us and allowed very, very early check in. The hotel offers free parking just accross the street. Food is delicious and fresh. Our favourite dishes were risotto and all kinds of pasta. Meat, fish, salads, pizza, pastries, seasonal fruits are filled up all time dufing the meals. You have their national dish in every meal. The flavours are interesting and welcome. We do not drink alcohol, but non alcoholic coctails were very tasty and refreshing. Beach is clean, spacious, with showers , changing cabins. I specially enjoyed in pool with sea water. Bar on the beach is also excellent offering all kinds of drinks and pies, pizza, crroissants from 10 am to 18 pm. Rooms are spacious, clean, with enough towels, sheets, slippers, bathrobe. The bed linen is changeing every morning. I really do not have any complain or issue. Everything was perfect every time.

Bir sonraki Karadağ seyahatimizde kesinlikle tekrar misafirleri olmak isteriz.
Pros:

Manzara muhteşemdi. Rahat bir oteldi ve çalışanlar çok güler yüzlüydü. Odamız temizdi, genişti. Çok rahat ettik.

Cons:

Yemekler genel olarak oldukça başarılıydı, ancak tatlı kısmı geliştirilmeli. Bazı tatlılar bayatlamış gibiydi. Oda servisinin olmaması bir başka eksik sayılabilir. Bir de açık büfe dışında restaurant seçeneği yoktu. Balayında olduğumuz için böyle bir fırsatımız olsun isterdik. Ama bunlar da keyfimizi kaçıran konular değildi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık.

Een alleszins goed hotel
Pros:

Royale keuze voor het ontbijt als ook avondeten.
We hadden een kamer met prachtig uitzicht op de baai en bergen.

Cons:

Ondanks de royale keuze had het eten smaakvoller mogen zijn. Doordat alles in buffet vorm klaar stond waren sommige gerechten lauw.

Udobno, cisto, ukusno i profesionalno.
Pros:

Usluga je sjana. Hrana odlicna sa ogromnim i vrlo raznovrsnim izborom. Osoblje jako ljubazno i profesionalno.

Cons:

Kamencici na plazi su ostri i nezgodni za malu decu. Obavezne su patike za kupanje.
