Dovrebbe trovare il modo di riscaldare meglio le camere perché quella che c’è non è sufficiente e di notte fa molto freddo.
The location was fantastic 😍 very beautiful to see and spending time outside just around nature. Also the included visit to one of the families living in the floating islands. Unfortunately we didn't have more time to visit more islands.
As a suggestion, I believe staff should be more welcoming in the sense to take the time to explain and spend time with the tourists. This could bring recommendations and connections that could be beneficial for the sector in the Lake. At the same time, we hired a tour to Taquile Island and it was not as expected. We decided not to do the tour and stayed to wait until was finalized. The guide apologize and afterwards we have been told that he was claiming the full payment of the tour even though we did not do it. Such a pity because we only had a full day to know the place. Thanks to Edder who prepared a nice breakfast to go because we had an early departure. Also it would be good if you add shampoo in the bathroom as advertised in the page.

They helped us secure rides from the train station and to the airport so we didn't have to manage knowing everything about Puno before we arrived. The pickup at the train station was seamless and the driver got us to the correct dock on time. Dinner was waiting for us, the whole experience felt VIP.

La verdad que todo muy bien organizado, buena atención y habitaciones muy amplias, buenas y limpias.
Lo que no me gustó es que no me dieron boleta. Pedí boleta con dni y me dijeron que deje apuntado mi dni y que luego me lo enviaban por whatsapp. Les he pedido dos veces por ese medio y no he recibido respuesta. Ya pasaron varios días.

The confort of the beds (I counted at least 4or 5 layers of blanket). It feels so warm within the beds.
Limited electric power in one of the room I used (I could not connect my machine for apnea).

조용하고 여유있게 티티카카 호수를 즐기기 적합합니다. 또한 호스트가 배를 타고 티티카카 호수 주변를 설명해주는게 너무 좋았어요. 흔히 푸노에서 하는 우로스섬 투어가 너무 상업적이라고 하지만, 호스트의 배를 타고 둘러보는 티티카카호수는 전혀 다른 느낌이었습니다. 동네 주민과 마실나가듯 여기저기 자세히 설명해주셔서 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 덕분에 편안하고 즐겁게 티티카카 호수를 볼 수 있었습니다.
조용히 티티카카 호수를 즐길 수 있지만 접근성은 떨어질 수 밖에 없습니다. 푸노시내에서 숙소까지는 배를 타고 이동해야 되기 때문에 숙소에 일단 체크인을 하면 푸노시내로 나가는 것이 불편합니다. 그렇다보니 어쩔 수 없이 숙소에서 세끼를 모두 해결해야 했습니다.
결제금액이 예약할때 금액과 달랐는데, 이 부분을 호스트가 booking.com에서 예약할때 붙는 커미션이라고 설명을 했습니다. 부킹 닷컴 이용하면서 커미션이 붙은적이 한번도 없어서 조금 이해가 안되었습니다.
Everything. The room was large and extremely comfortable with an excellent view of the lake. There are numerous areas for lounge sun tanning reading and just relaxing. The food was excellent and Celia the chef was extremely accommodating. She even gave me an impromptu Peruvian cooking class. Felipe gave a tour of the community by boat and it was so enlightening and informative.
