Staffs were really good and so helpful

Cons:

i will pay two times for their request as they told me some technical/network issue is arise. They promise me to back my extra money. But they can't back this money. I complained this issue to their incharge, but they are not contact with me. As my money is neede for double time.

Pros:

impressive behaviour from the receptionist. the bed was so comfortable. near to the airport and also the airport railway station. and you can access to the metro within 20 minutes. overall the location is good.

Cons:

they give the room and the AC was not working but I didn't notice it first time when I realize the room is not that much cool so I check it and I saw the Ac was damage. so then I tell them they request me to go outside for half an hour and they repair but still not working like that .and I didn't receive any towel from them. the trouble is there reception is just in front of the door.there is no geyser i think. I didn't find any hot water in the washroom. over it's good to stay there. but they are charging a lot.

Comfortable & Budget Stay at Uttara, Dhaka
Pros:

excellent hotel at uttara & i found young staffs were very friendly. sky view restaurant was awesome & food was good enough but breakfast time should be considerable. I found its perfection for solo travelers.

Cons:

Overall okay but common areas should be renovated.

worst hotel ever.
Pros:

Nothing.Everything is so bad.

Cons:

Behaviour.I face many problem in this hotel first to last.When I book this hotel I see include breakfast in this hotel but when I call them they ar say sorry sir breakfast excluded.Ac didn't work properly.In the word Waste of money.
