Clean and comfortable stay
Pros:

A super comfortable and clean capsule hostel. The capsules were really private and comfortable and had great space for luggage. The staff were super friendly and the common areas were really nice. Close to the train station and supermarkets. We appreciated the small kitchen/kiosk area!

pre-check in was seamless and guest mobility card was also sent in advance of my arrival. the actual check in was also super smooth- the staff at front desk was super friendly. the bathrooms are shared but as many other reviews have stated were super clean and luxurious so that was not an issue at all. the place also provides free luggage storage post check-out which is great for exploring the city after check out whilst waiting for your flight. above all though, the location is unbeatable as its only minutes from salzburg hbf which is a key hub for travelling around salzburg/to other towns/to the airport!

Cons:

i was given a top locker- i was not given the opportunity to choose. climbing up and down all night was genuinely challenging even though i have no mobility issues as it is rather high up and i am very petite. thankfully my luggage was not heavy but if it was i don't think i could have managed getting it up and down.

Все было наилучшего уровня! Со мной были на связи, отвечали на все вопросы, подробно объяснили как заселиться поздно ночью. Ремонт очень хороший, номер супер милый и современный. Души очень чистые и комфортные. Много полотенец и в комнатах нас ждали халаты. Спалось очень хорошо, матрас и подушки очень удобные. Мы остались очень довольные.

Schlafen auf minimalesten Raum
Pros:

Das wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht haben

Cons:

Prinzipiell von Anfang an eine Katastrophe als ich gemerkt habe was wir da gebucht haben ... keine Parkplätze, mussten ständig suchen, kein Frühstück trotz diesem überteuerten Preis und minimalen Raum. Klimaanlage läuft einen ständig ins Gesicht, man hört alles, wird ständig wach wenn die Badtüren auf und zu gehen, weil es dann blendet.

Super friendly staff, great location a minute walk from the main train station. Bear in mind if you have mobility issues, try to reserve a bottom pod as the stairs to the top pods can be tricky.
