המיקום והחדר והאוכל והשירות
היה מאד קר שהגענו ולקח זמן לחמם עם הקמען
המלון מדהים ביופיו והחדרים גדולים ומרווחים . ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת לפי בחירה אישית ולא בבופה
המלון נמצא בתוך יער גשם וקר מאוד . החדרים היו קפואים יש קמין עצים בחדר במקום לחמם את החדר לפני ההגעה הם השאירו מרפסת פתוחה ביקשנו להגיע להדליק את הקמין והם הגיעו אחרי מספר דקות זה לא עזר במיוחד . מים חמים בלילה הראשןן היו פושרים . ביקשתי מהם לטפל בזה ובאמת העלו את הטמפרטורה .
הצוות דובר רק ספרדית וכל דבר נעשה בקצב איטי מאוד .

Niets . Alleen het weer , het was uitzonderlijk zeer regenachtig en koud in medio november. Spijtig , dat was het enige waar het hotel niet kon voor zorgen

מלון מאובטח.
מהמלון יצאנו לטיולים בסמוק שמפיי וכן טיול למערות / סנפלינג.

ללא מיזוג אוויר Ac - הגענו בספטמבר אז מזג האוויר היה נחמד ( לא יודע איך זה בקיץ)
- צוות לא יודע מילה באנגלית ( ראוי שמלון כזה יחזיק לפחות עובד אחד שיודע ....)

Prachtig resort met vele wellness activiteiten. De slaapkamer was zeer ruim, mooie luxe badkamer en goed bed. De tuin er omheen is prachtig om een wandeling door te maken. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het diner in het restaurant was voortreffelijk en ook het ontbijt (a la carte) smaakte goed. We hadden dit hotel als doorreis locatie maar had er graag nog een nacht gebleven.
