الفندق مميز وموقعه مميز جدا صراحة كان اول مرة ادخل الفندق ده وقبل كده كنت بختار فنادق اخرى بسبب انه اوقات كتير مكنتش بلاقي فيه مواعيد حجوزات مناسبة الفندق له شاطىء خاص وكذلك فيه بيسين مساحته مناسبة جدا وبوفيه الافطار كان كويس والموظفين كانوا متعاونين حبيت المكان والتجربة داخل اسكندرية العشق وللاسف الاجازة كانت على وشك الانتهاء فمقدرتش احجز اكتر من ليلة لكن ان شاء الله تتعوض بعد كده بفترة حجز اطول

Pros:

I liked the View, room cleaning, hotel cleaning as well, furthermore the area around the resort has a different variety of restaurant, coffee shops, suites all nationalities.
Breakfast was good,

Cons:

I didn't like that front desk asked me to go back to my room at checkout time, to get the access card which is in the electricity socket otherwise it will be consider as lost and I will pay charges. in all hotels it is common that guest when leaving the room, the card will be kept in electricity socket that what I did, or front desk can call room service to acknowledge that the card is there without sending me back to the room was not professional.
