Pros:

Great location! Staff very friendly, the food wonderful, suoer clean.

Cons:

They need to upgrade their ibternet. It's super slow.

Pros:

Super zentrale Lage mit großen Betten. Zimmer war sauber und der Check-In unkompliziert.

Cons:

Frühstück war um 8:15 Uhr bereits sehr ausgedünnt und es gab auch keinen wirklichen Service.

If I come back to puno this is where I’m staying.
Pros:

We stayed in Iquitos and Cuzco before we got to puno. This hotel was the best of the three places we stayed. It was quiet, showers were warm and breakfast was good.

Pros:

Il personale è gentile e super disponibile, la colazione è servita all’ultimo piano con vista lago, la stanza ha il riscaldamento e l’acqua calda nella doccia (con vasca). È un hotel comodo per chi è di passaggio ed ha bisogno dei comfort essenziali (camera pulita, doccia, dormire in un letto comodo e col silenzio)

Cons:

Le stanze hanno la moquette e questo le rende un po’ antiquate anche se sono pulitissime. La posizione è comoda perché è vicinissima alla piazza però se arrivi la sera tardi (come nel mio caso) non è il massimo perché l’hotel si trova in una stradina dietro la piazza
