Pros:

La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, dotata anche di stufetta elettrica per riscaldarsi. Il bagno, benché non nuovissimo, ha sempre avuto acqua molto calda e ogni accessorio necessario. Varia e buona la colazione.

Pros:

Very beautiful hotel in the center of puno amazing the bed was very tough I managed to have a 12-hour sleep and they also provided us with oxygen for the altitude sickness.

Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione a Puno, staff sempre presente, preparato e cordiale. Stanze pulite e spaziose con ogni servizio. Ottima anche la colazione, varia e abbondante.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare. Unica pecca è che la stanza risultava un po buia durante il giorno, avendo un unica finestra che affaccia non sull'esterno ma sul corridoio interno dell'hotel (stesso discorso per il bagno).

Tivemos uma ótima experiência. O hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo à principal praça da cidade de Puno. O quarto era aconchegante e bem limpo. O café da manhã tem poucas opções e não é tão bom, mas o hotel também tem restaurante para o jantar e a comida é muito boa!

Genial, lo recomiendo
Pros:

Habitación muy grande, amplia y con ventana a la calle.
Cama grande y cómoda, con calefacción y teléfono a recepción. También disponen de agua filtrada para poder rellenar tus botellas.
El desayuno está bien, sencillo pero completo. El personal muy atento, muy agradable.
La ubicación genial a un paso de la plaza de armas y calles llenas de restaurantes y tiendas. Puedes caminar también hasta el lago.

Cons:

La ventana daba a la calle y entraba mucho ruido de tráfico, además nuestra habitación estaba justo debajo del salón del desayuno y desde las 5 am se escuchan ruidos.
La cortina de ducha no fue muy bien y hubo agua por todo.

Uma estadia excelente, com muito conforto, limpeza, ótima localização e um café da manhã delicioso.
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável, limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã também é excelente, com boas opções. Além disso, a localização é ótima e facilita muito para conhecer a região.

Cons:

Não tive nenhum ponto negativo durante a estadia. Tudo atendeu muito bem às expectativas.

The room was mainly windows facing out onto the corridor so it was incredibly loud when anyone was talking or walking in the corridor, right next to where we were sleeping. We were directly below the breakfast floor, so were woken up by them setting up for that. The room was very cold. The shower curtain came off the rails and hit me.
