Nice!!
Pros:

The room was very nice, big and clean. The hotel is in a central position, close to the main square. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Pros:

Classic older style hotel in the centre of the town. The staff were very helpful when our bus to Bolivia was cancelled and we needed advice and to stay another night.

Cons:

The area around the hotel is not so nice, but that's Puno! It seems reasonably safe though and there are a few nice parts.

Pros:

Eu amei tudo! O quarto, a localização, os funcionários! No último dia iríamos sair mais cedo e não daria para tomar café da manhã, entao já deixaram 2 boxes preparadas para a gente comer no caminho!!

Ok for a one-night stay
Pros:

We only spent one night here and it was an ok stay. The hotel facilities are very old and need renovation, but it was a comfortable one-night stay. Breakfast was included which is a positive point, even though it didnt have many options.

Cons:

Old facilities, cleaning of the room wasnt fantastic either, and breakfast was very basic.

Stop looking elsewhere. This is the place to stay
Pros:

From the moment you walked through the door, you were met with a smile and "how can I help you?" This attitude continued to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and luggage storage/doormen. Being able to fill your water bottle was fantastic and encouraged you to stay hydrated every time you walked through the door. Would highly highly recommend.

Cons:

I can't think of a thing.
