Pros:

The rooms are specious. Location was great. Spa centar was good with a lot of room in the saunas.

Cons:

The water in the pools especially in the big pool was cold. Too crowded and it’s not really designed for kids. On the pictures the pools look larger than in reality.

Pros:

Everything was very nice, especially the breakfast. People are nice, the location is great.

Cons:

Charging for parking is not common and the wifi is rather bad. I would still give it 9.5 out of 10, because these things are not that important to us.

Great location and service, a few small issues
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and we really enjoyed the spa, which was lovely and relaxing. The hotel’s location is great—close to the city center and nearby parks. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the quality of the food.

Cons:

On the downside, our room was uncomfortably warm as the heating couldn’t be turned off, and we noticed a few insects in the bathroom. During our visit, the hotel felt quite crowded, making it difficult to find space in the spa and at the dining areas for breakfast and dinner.
