We stayed for 5 days. It’s mind bogging how this is a 4-star hotel! The only two good things about it was location and the staff, except one who was exceptionally rude and tried to rip me off!
The air conditions cannot be controlled from the room. The room temperature was 25-26 C overnight and more during afternoon. They frequently hold weddings right in the lobby where the reception desk is! The music goes till midnight and the guests’ children played and ran in the corridors right in front of our rooms till 11pm! We had an early flight the next day. So, we did not get any sleep. Breakfast needs serious improving. When they “clean the room” they just take the trash out and put new towels! That’s it, nothing more. For the amount of money they charge, definitely not worth it.
The location and parking and the staff was kind.
Our room had lots of damage to the walls and didn’t feel super clean. It reeked of cigarette smoke. My parents room was nice enough and didn’t smell. The breakfast was just okay. I feel like it was represented as a 4 star hotel and was a 2 star hotel. This is something we saw on the road signs on the way to the hotel.

Small hotel, good location, with parking nearby (important), beach two minutes walk, good bakery three minutes walk. Breakfast without all sorts of special things but sufficient. One day there was a birthday in the hotel lobby, the lobby is located right below our room, there was noise from the music but in the room we not felt or heard it. New furniture, new shower cubicles, you can see that the hotel has recently undergone renovation.
It seems that the temperature control of the air conditioners is not from the room but from a control center. Not a problem at all, but...

O hotel fica a 2 min da praia, mas a 10 min do centro. As comodidades do hotel são ótimas, os funcionários são atenciosos e sempre disponíveis.

Location is ok
Breakfast is awful, hair from different parts of the body were on my bed, buzz sound every 20 minutes during the night, stuff was not friendly. Manager was hiding and dodging responsibility, some parts of ceiling were falling down in the corner of the room, lock was broken, air conditioning filters were not changed for years.. etc… all photos proofs attached
Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und haben ohne Nachfrage ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr groß. Zudem war das Bett groß und bequem.
