Chambre insalubre je déconseille !
Pros:

Merci à la réceptionniste très aimable et professionnelle

Cons:

Je n’ai même pas passé la nuit, j’ai préféré partir. Première chambre attribuée avec des draps pleins de cheveux, un matelas taché et des insectes encore vivants. Je demande à changer de chambre et la seconde a le plafond moisi, climatisation cassée. Je déconseille cet hôtel

Pros:

Cool stuff, got a discount once we arrived and paid in cash directly at the property. Good value for money in comparison with other available hotels at the moment in Tivat.

Cons:

Because there wasn’t any mosquito repellent on the windows we had to kill couple of bugs who has entered inside from the yard of the hotel

It was an emergency due to a cancelled flight, so stressful time but the staff (Hope) was excellent.
Pros:

Best breakfast that we had in 10 days in Montenegro. Selection was huge.

Dobrá snídaně.

Cons:

Neudržované některé zařízení, například pedál u koše nefungoval a při ručním otevření viko upadlo na zem. Zásuvka v koupelně se při vytažení zástrčky se zcela vytáhla ze zdi a visela jen na drátech. Ve sprše není žádná polička.

Harika otel güzel iletişim.
Pros:

Öncelikle iletişim mükemmel. Türk görevli Gözde Hnm ve resepsiyonist Sabelenka (?) çok ilgili ve sıcakkanlı, yardımseverler. Otel adı gibi muhteşem. Temiz, sakin, konforlu. Misafir ikramları harika. Kahvaltı 5 yıldızlı. Plaja 200 m. Daha başka ne beklenebilir? Gidin ve bunların boş övgü olmadığını görün, yaşayın.

Minden tökéletes volt. A recepciósok és mindenki más is kedves és segítőkész. A szoba olyan volt mint a képeken. Az ágy hatalmas és nagyon kényelmes. Szívesen visszatérnénk.

A charming hotel, lovely staff, and a wonderful breakfast. The room was very small.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for one night before heading off on a trip to the mountains. The hotel is charming, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent and very generous.

We were given a very small room, but it was clean and comfortable. Since we were only staying for one night, we didn’t need to unpack our suitcases, so the size worked fine for us. I believe the hotel has different room types, so I can only speak about the room we stayed in.

The location isn’t close to anything particularly interesting, but there is a nice little promenade about a 20-minute walk away.

Cons:

The room was very small and cramped, and it was difficult to access with heavy suitcases, as the elevator only goes to the hallway and there are several stairs to reach the room. The location is not close to any major attractions or central areas.

Needs serious improving!
Pros:

We stayed for 5 days. It’s mind bogging how this is a 4-star hotel! The only two good things about it was location and the staff, except one who was exceptionally rude and tried to rip me off!

Cons:

The air conditions cannot be controlled from the room. The room temperature was 25-26 C overnight and more during afternoon. They frequently hold weddings right in the lobby where the reception desk is! The music goes till midnight and the guests’ children played and ran in the corridors right in front of our rooms till 11pm! We had an early flight the next day. So, we did not get any sleep. Breakfast needs serious improving. When they “clean the room” they just take the trash out and put new towels! That’s it, nothing more. For the amount of money they charge, definitely not worth it.

The people were warm and kind and tried their hardest to make things right but I can recommend that anyone says here.
Pros:

The location and parking and the staff was kind.

Cons:

Our room had lots of damage to the walls and didn’t feel super clean. It reeked of cigarette smoke. My parents room was nice enough and didn’t smell. The breakfast was just okay. I feel like it was represented as a 4 star hotel and was a 2 star hotel. This is something we saw on the road signs on the way to the hotel.
