Don't use this hotel. You can find a better one under 1000BDT including tips.
Pros:

The location is not bad
They might clean the room at least

Cons:

Too expensive for the facilities in the room(No AC, nonworking wifi, broken Lock, and missing doorknob The price is 2500BDT)
No one can speak English
Excessive tip requests(I paid 800BDT for 1 night staying)
