People were super friendly, it was off season and you could clearly see that they had a hard season behind them. Nevertheless were they so motivated to keep us happy and satisfied. We know, they opened this year, but this is the best advertising they could do is just be super friendly, have great and clean rooms - not the biggest room but everything you need. Fantastic breakfast buffet as well. Honestly just a great experience!
Only thing you could mention would be that the shower is not perfectly thought through with the water splashes, but that's really nothing bad and can be easily overlooked by the amazing service otherwise.
Staff was one of the best I ever experienced special thanks to Nicholas from the reception and the girls which served breakfast🍳☕🍞
The size of the room is not right which lets down the whole experience,just to explain how small it's when you have a shower water goes all over bathroom floor and if you hang your towel on the hook there's not enough space to close the door.
Ein ganz tolles, süßes Hotel, das toll renoviert wurde. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Poolblick, die Ausstattung ist toll, Sauberkeit tioptop, es ist trotz der zentralen Lage extrem ruhig.
Das Frühstück wird bei gutem Wetter auf der Dachterrasse serviert, toller Ausblick.
Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Единственный момент, который мне не понравился, это завтрак с 8 утра. У нас были заказаны экскурсии и никак не попадали на завтрак, мы попросили бокс с собой, но это было совсем невкусно, а завтраки у них очень достойные

Rooms are stylish and spotless clean
Coffee machine at breakfast was working sporadically during our stay. This is something I find more and more common in hotels that opt for a capsule operated machine rather than a traditional barista machine. For a hotel of this prestige, I’d recommend considering switching to another machine - guests would love it!
