The level of service was not 4 stars as advertised.
Pros:

Complimentary tea/coffee, water, washing facilities etc. Friendly service.

Cons:

The rooms were initially a little smelly and condition of the beds. Pillow covers seemed worn & torn. Bed sheets and covers felt rather rough as though they hadn’t been washed/used in a long time. Many of the food from the menu was unavailable to order despite being told that food orders can be made before 11pm. The hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel.

Very bad front desk they said we fully damaged duvet cover which had blood stains before we arrived
Pros:

Property was located in a suitable area of panthapath but the alley was too dark

Cons:

They’ve charged me for pre blood stained duvet cover which was 2k very bad there was stains all over their Matress topper and duvet covers and pillow covers and they blamed us that we did it, do not stay in this hotel
