very bad experience
Cons:

They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a patient with me for whom I asked to have breakfast in the room. They are asking for 500 taka for it. And even after so many requests, they did not provide the food! And they do not allow outside food either. This is very inhumane.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

However, I was slightly disappointed with the reception experience. One of the staff members was speaking very loudly to another colleague, which I found somewhat unprofessional and not in keeping with the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the hotel itself is truly very good.
