Pros:

Every place we visit is ultimately shaped by the people who work there, and that is exactly what makes Hotel Delfin in Bijela stand out. The staff is truly exceptional, professional, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. I would especially highlight [Zeljko I think from reception], who welcomed us with genuine warmth, explained everything clearly and patiently, and made us feel comfortable from the very first moment.
The hotel is located in a beautiful part of the coast, where the beaches are clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant for swimming and relaxing. It offers a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything you might need.
Here are some of the key highlights:
• The beach is literally twelve steps away – beautiful, clean, with fine gravel (not sand, but also not large stones, which makes it very comfortable)
• The hotel is in a small town that is surprisingly lively, with enough options for evening walks and enjoying the local atmosphere
• Private parking is a big advantage, as parking in the surrounding area is quite limited
• Excellent location for exploring nearby destinations
On one side, there is Herceg Novi, which is quite close, although getting to the Old Town can be challenging due to traffic, especially during the summer season. On the other side, there is Kotor, which I highly recommend – perfect for a day trip. It takes a little over an hour by car, but it is absolutely worth it for its charm, history, and stunning Old Town.
As for the hotel itself, the overall impression is very positive. The food is diverse, with enough variety to suit different tastes, and everything is well prepared. The restaurant staff is polite and efficient, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay.
In short, Hotel Delfin in Bijela offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday: a great location, a clean beach just steps away, good food, and most importantly, a team that truly knows how to make guests feel welcome.

Cons:

Water in the pool is not heated during the springtime.

Завтрак понравился. Шведский стол был очень разнообразен. Особенно поразило обилие сыров разного вида))

Cons:

В ассортименте меню на обед и ужин не хватало море- продуктов, слабо были представлены блюда из рыбы. Мясо иногда было жесткое. А в остальном было вкусно и разнообразно.

Prima verblijf voor een paar dagen all-inclusive.
Pros:

Mooi hotelcomplex op een mooie locatie aan het water. We konden voor de deur parkeren. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op het water, erg schoon en modern. Mooie badkamer, wel wat weinig licht. Personeel aan de receptie was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We waren er in het naseizoen, dus genoeg bedjes bij het water beschikbaar; alles was ook schoon en heel. Er is een bar op het strand aanwezig, dat is makkelijk voor je drankjes, maar van de middagsnack moet je je niet teveel voorstellen en ook het personeel daar straalt werkelijk niets van gastvrijheid uit.
Het eten was erg gevarieerd en lekker, ruime keuze.

Delfin je pravo utočište za potpuni odmor, sve je bilo izvanredno, na nivou luksuza i opustenosti

Od trenutka kada smo stigli, sve je bilo besprekorno organizovano i opuštajuće. Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i uvek spremno da pomogne, a sve usluge su bile na vrhunskom nivou.
Sobe su prostrane, čiste i redovno održavane, sa svim sadržajima koji su potrebni za udoban boravak. Hrana je bila raznovrsna i izuzetno ukusna – svaki obrok je bio pravo uživanje. Posebno bih pohvalila poslastice i sveže voće, koje su svakog dana bili savršeni završetak obroka.
Plaža i bazeni su čisti, uredni i nikada nije bilo gužve – uvek smo mogli da nađemo slobodne ležaljke. Animacije su bile zabavne, ali ne nametljive, a za decu je bilo dovoljno sadržaja da se lepo zabave.
Sve u svemu, hotel je ispunio sva naša očekivanja. Idealno mesto za pravi odmor, bez stresa i sa punim komforom. Topla preporuka svima koji žele kvalitetan all inclusive
