(1)The staff on reception were brilliant.
(2)The two women who look after the breakfast restaurant were so helpful and a credit to the koSea Hotel . Amazing waitress and myself and my wife would like to thank them so much. Gerry & Sandra from Ireland 🇮🇪.
(3) The Chambers maids were also brilliant.

To the management and ownership of KoSea Hotel.
The pool area was laid out brilliant and comfortable but the price of drinks at the pool side was too expensive and I think if you loaded the prices you would get more people drinking and eating there ..

Comfortable and friendly
Pros:

All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.my room was spacious and very comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast offering could be improved and it might be worth putting some non-sip mats in the shower room. Overall a very comfortable stay and they went the extra mile to make sure my bed wasn't too hard.

The breakfast is a whole disappoint. Fruits are ruined in the open buffet, there is no beef option for sausage & sal

Location & cleaning of the room was good.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel is good looking but inside is old. The sink is in the middle of the room, bathroom is so small, when you have a shower, the water is all over the bathroom the floor is flat. There is no mini bar, they only gave 1 bottle of water just 1st day of our stay in 3 nights.

Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik, Kos harika bir destinasyon
Pros:

Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı, özellikle Fatma Hanıma teşekkürler. Temizlik yapan hanımlar ve yöneticileri de çok özenerek çalışıyorlardı. Kos'u çok sevdik. Kos'un merkezindeki plajlar fena değil ama özellikle Tigagi ve Marmari'deki plajlar muhteşem, bu plajlara ana otobüs istasyonundan kalkan şehirlerarası otobüsle 2,5 Euroya gidebilirsiniz. Yalnız vatoza dikkat edin kumun içinde gömülü duruyorlar ve sokuyorlar. Bu durumlarda acilen hastaneye başvurun, ciddi acı veriyor.

Cons:

Odada lavabonun banyoda değil de yatakların bulunduğu yerde olması pek pratik değil. ayrıca banyoda elinizdeki bir şeyi koyabilecek en ufak bir tezgah veya dolap olmaması bir eksiklik.

Ervorzuheben ist das Personal, von reinmachen zu schwimmbad, zu Rezeption alle sehr gute und hilfsbereit Menschen die ihren arbeit mit herz und Verstand ausüben. Du fühlst dich wie zuhause. Kompliment an alle.
