The location. The pool area (dirty and smelly), loud music, hard sunloungers around main pool bar rarely attended (short staffed). Only ate once but food bad.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a free upgrade.
The layout & gardens were stunning. Would definitely recommend. 😊

Cons:

The only downside if you don't drive is it's a bit far from the main restaurant/ Shop area.

Thank you to The Blue Rawal management and staff for the warm welcome we received. Everyone was so helpful in getting our luggage to our rooms and making sure we were settled in nicely. A special thank you for the extra care and wheelchair assistance for Ma Frank and giving us a room that had easy access via the lift. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at The Blue Rawal. We strongly recommend this hotel and all it's beautiful facilities to other tourists. We will definitely be back! Once again, thank you for your hospitality Team Blue Rawal! Well done to all of you!

Pros:

Staff was very kind and helpful. We had a very nice breakfast. My children,wife enjoyed the private swimming pool very much. Appartment is very spacious. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Fantastic place to relax. Breakfast is great. Really good staff, helping out with whatever is needed. You really feel welcome. I’ll be back next year, to celebrate New Years Eve!

My stay at Blue Rawal Resort was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude. Everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable and memorable.

The resort itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged, which added a lot to the overall comfort of the stay.

What stood out the most was the warmth of the environment, I genuinely enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant getaway. I loved the entertainment, lots of laughs and good vibes.

Strávili jsme zde téměř 2 týdny a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Ubytování pohodlné s dobře vybavenými pokoji, personál se nám snažil všemožně vyjít vstříc. Zvláštní poděkování patří Dannymu, který se o nás velmi dobře staral a stal se naším lokálním průvodcem.

Établissement magnifique, personnel et gérants très gentil et a l'écoute. Appartement qui ressemble à un palais. Les décoration sont très jolies. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et le chef cuisinier s'adapte pour les végétariens, merci, ont a passés un très bon séjour.
