Positiv: Für meinen Zweck ausreichend. Negativ: Geruch nach kaltem Rauch.
Pros:

Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs und habe 1x im Hotel genächtigt.
Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung zwar kein Teint mit Wohlfühlfaktor, aber für meinen Zweck völlig ausreichend.
Ruhige Lage.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ok.

Cons:

Einzig der Geruch nach kaltem Rauch war sehr lästig, da bis in der Früh nicht nur mein Gewand, sondern sogar mein Laptop mit Tasche und Zubehör davon angezogen haben.
Auf der Eingangstür klebt innen ein großen Nichtraucherschild !
Wann zuletzt gelüftet wurde oder bis wann genau man im Zimmer rauchen durfte ist schwer zu sagen, jedenfalls kann es noch nicht sehr lange her sein.
Der Geruch an sich störte mich jetzt nicht besonders, aber wenn man gesamtheitlich beim nächsten Meeting nach Rauch stinkt, ist das nicht wirklich hilfreich.

Gute Unterkunft, es war alles da, was ich brauchte
Pros:

Warme Zimmer im Jänner, Nähe zu den Bahnhöfen, Sauberkeit, Umfang der Einrichtung gut, reibungsloser Check-in/Check-out, rasche Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen.

Cons:

Umgebungsgeräusche (wegen Fortgehmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, lautes Glockenläuten früh morgens), subtiler Zigarettengeruch im Flur.

Was tough to get into the keyboard, especially in the dark. GPS had trouble finding

I do not recommend this accommodation, the host is unreliable
Pros:

We didn't like anything, everything was bad

Cons:

In one word, a disaster. Despite receiving an email from the accommodation the day before with the access code, our room was occupied.The room was rented out twice. Unfortunately, we arrived second. The host did not want to return the money.She accommodated us in her office, where she had a double bed. The duvet was clean, but otherwise it was dirty, and no hot water was running.

Pros:

Die Matratzen im Bett waren gut!

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht funktionstüchtig! Wc Spülkasten lief nicht nach. In der Dusche kam wenig Warmwasser und dann auch nur sporadisch… es gab im Zimmer nichts zum abstellen von Koffer Reisetasche oder ähnlichem! Der Flur bei Ankunft war dunkel, Personal war zu keiner Zeit zu sehen. Das Hotel war draußen bei Ankunft komplett dunkel und finster, dadurch nicht erkennbar… sind 3 mal an der Unterkunft vorbei gefahren!
