Cons:

No completely pure water supply was available there. The authority was too much thrift in nature and the toiletries were not available. Electricity especially the AC system is also controlled by authority. No space to dry clothes and the toilet space was too narrow as well as the toilet window was open and not safe at all. The location is fantastic but not suitable to stay due to poor facilities.

Stayed for 3 days in Standard Quadraple Room in end Feb 2025.
Pros:

Cleanliness: Old property located on 5th floor, seeping wall,small room-somewhat clean.Very old bed linen provided.
Extremely old and cramped bathroom, exhaust fan not working and hence bit stinking-5/10

Comfort: Manageable -5/10.No hot water.Available on request.

Facilities: Other than Airconditioner, better not to mention.Frequent Power breaks(No power back up from inverter or generator and then only one dimly lit lamp.No fan and No light in the bathroom when Power breaks.Only one charging point in the room again useless when Power cuts-3/10

Location :25 mins walk from Mirpur 10 MRT station.Located on the main road.-6/10

Staff: Courteous.-6/10

Value for money -4/10

Free WiFi - 8/10 when Main Power supply is ON.

I booked it from here....but they say they don't have any booking confirmation. I saw them the mail what booking.com send me. Very disappointed.
