Perfect verblijf in Patras in een geweldige sfeervolle, schone omgeving
Pros:

Zeer aardig ontvangst, aan alles werd gedacht, zeer schoon, prachtig gerestaureerd. Een compleet huis waar je gemakkelijk kunt verblijven, er waren ook veel aardige attenties aanwezig in het huis. Wij komen zeker terug. Goede parkeer voorzienning.

Ein toller Urlaub.
Pros:

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft - man hat sich einfach wohlfühlen können. Die Gastgeberin hat aber alles übertroffen. Extrem zuvorkommend und supernett. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen bekommen und es war rundum gelungen. Von dort kann man tolle Tagesausflüge machen und ist schnell in vielen Gegenden der Peloponnes. Vielen Dank und immer gerne wieder!
It was a wonderful stay at the accommodation—we just felt right at home. But the accommodation provider surpassed everything. Extremely courteous and super friendly. We got great recommendations and it was a complete pleasure. From there, you can go on great day trips and quickly reach many areas of the Peloponnese.Thank you very much and we'd love to come back!

Καθαρό , άνετο , η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, ο κήπος τέλειος για χαλάρωση πολύ όμορφα όλα !

Cons:

Δυστυχώς η παραλία απέναντι από την βίλα δεν είναι για μπάνιο , όμως με το αμάξι έχεις πάρα πολλές επιλογές

Nice place to stay with great host. Location isn't too good.
Pros:

The villa was just renovated thus it's pretty comfortable and everything feels new and works without any flaws. Very nice garden with a place to sit there in the shadow. Nearby there are small shops and a bakery where you can also buy ready food. Bigger shops and city center are in about 10 minutes drive away. The seafood restaurant just on other side of the road was very good.

Cons:

In the morning you get: roosters, dogs and bells from two churches. Local train runs just 50 meters from the bedroom. It doesn't 's run over the night and is not too loud as is, but it can sometimes make pretty loud sounds with its horn already pretty early, 7 am or so.

There is no good beach nearby. This was the biggest issue for us.

Kurzaufenthalt auf ganz hohem Niveau
Pros:

Schon der Erstkontakt war mehr als freundlich. Tatiana gab schon vorab per WhatsApp jede Menge Tipps und Infos durch: Dörfer, Strände, Shops, Restaurants usw. Obwohl wir nur 2 Tage hatten, konnten wir so die Zeit optimal nutzen. Das Apartment selbst ist ein Traum: Sehr geräumig, liebevoll ausgestattet und alles in einem Top-Zustand. Sogar Balkon/Terrasse und Hängematte im Garten! Danke für alles, Tatiana. Sollte ich nochmal nach Patras kommen, komme ich auf jeden Fall genau hierher zurück! 12 von 10 Punkten..!

Cons:

Keine Einschränkung: Aber man braucht schon ein Auto, da ein kleines bisschen außerhalb.

Pros:

The property is beautiful renovated and comfortable.

Cons:

There is no dining room table so all 4 of us had to eat at a small kitchen table in a small kitchen.
There is no separate toilet.
Unfortunately the train passes regularly directly behind the villa from around 6:00am until late at night.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt in der English Villas war perfekt. Es war sehr gemütlich, hochwertig ausgestattet und geräumig. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Eigentümer und die Verwalter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur zu empfehlen.

Historic Villa Surrounded by Nature and Great Hospitality
Pros:

While the villa is outside the town, it truly feels like an oasis - a beautiful historic building with a garden featuring a 100-year-old eucalyptus tree, perfect for relaxing breakfasts. A great fish restaurant is just minutes away, and there's a nearby market for fresh fruit. The church next door adds charm, and one evening, the choir’s singing felt like a private concert.
The host, Tatiana, is incredibly helpful, recommending all the must see places, the best beaches, restaurants, and fish taverns.
The apartment is clean, comfortable, with AC throughout, and the kitchen is well-equipped. You won’t miss a thing here!
We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Cons:

It would be fantastic if there were a beach directly in front of the villa. However, there is a coastal area nearby where you can safely swim, although it doesn’t have a designated beach, but access to the see.
