My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Polizos Luxury Suites during our visit to Meteora and Kalabaka.

When we first arrived, there was a small mix-up with our reservation through Booking.com—the room we had booked was advertised as having a fireplace, but it didn’t. However, the owner handled the situation incredibly well. He personally came to meet us on the day of check-in and quickly resolved the issue by upgrading us to a room with a fireplace at no extra cost.

We then decided to upgrade even further to a suite with a jacuzzi—and it was absolutely worth it. The room felt truly luxurious, and I would highly recommend choosing this option. In terms of value for money, the upgraded room with both the fireplace and jacuzzi was excellent. However, for the standard rooms without these features, I felt the price was slightly on the higher side, as you could find similar accommodation nearby for less.

What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, polite, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and cleaned daily, which added to the overall sense of comfort and quality.

Another great perk was the location—our suite was situated just above a restaurant owned by the same host, making breakfast effortless as it was served just downstairs. It also meant we had convenient access to lunch and dinner, along with a wide variety of food and drinks available for room service.

The room itself was very peaceful and quiet, and we felt completely safe—even leaving the windows open. The only minor downside was that we couldn’t control the air conditioning temperature from within the room. That said, when we mentioned it to the owner, he was very receptive and assured us it would be fixed, which shows how much he values guest feedback.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and genuinely enjoyed every moment.

Αν και το πρωινό δεν ήταν μπουφές ήταν ικανοποιητικό, είχε ποικιλία σε γλυκά και αλμυρά!!!

Πολύ προσεγμένο δωμάτιο με προσεγμένα devices.

Домакинът беше много любезен, помогна ни с паркирането и багажа. Мястото е ново (от шест месеца) и много чисто, красиво обзаведено и има безплатно парко-място. Случихме на дъждовно и мъгливо време, но ако е слънчево, панорамата към Метеора би била чудесна!
