In het verleden (2016-2017) hebben we hier al tweemaal verbleven en was voortreffelijk. Tegenwoordig is het hotel wat bescheidener geworden, maar voldeed aan mijn verwachtingen omdat we op de hoogte waren van de veranderingen. Vooral het platform met zonnebedden én één van de mooiste uitzichten van Turgutreis waren uitstekend!!! We hadden een ongelooflijk mooi uitzicht van 180 graden over de zee vanuit de slaapkamer én vanuit de zitkamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en steeds beschikbaar. Extra dank aan het poetsteam die er elke dag steevast en vriendelijk waren om ons telkens weer bij te staan met alles met betrekking tot de poets en verversing van handdoeken en lakens.
WiFi buiten het hotelgebouw was erg zwak, nagenoeg onbestaande en zeker op het strand en zonneplatform helemaal geen internetbereik.
Ontbijt was inbegrepen: Erg lekker, maar bediening was erg traag en het ontbijt op zich was inconsistent.
Breakfast was OK. Pool and beach area where ok.

De accommodatie ligt op 100 meter van de halte voor minibussen en bussen en de kleine supermarkt, en op 3 km van het centrum van Turgutreis. Het complex bevindt zich direct aan zee, op een promenade, geflankeerd door luxehotels, en beschikt over een grote steiger. Het valt op door de twee grote, fraai vormgegeven zwembaden. Wij verbleven 3 nachten in Suite 104, een ruim appartement van 75 m² met twee badkamers, voorzien van regen douche, een modern ligbad en dubbele wastafels. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een kingsize bed, een zithoek en een kaptafel, terwijl de woonkamer beschikt over een uitschuifbare tweepersoonsslaapbank. Naast een ruim balkon met zithoek beschikte onze suite over een goed uitgeruste kitchenette. De suite keek uit op het zwembad en bood gedeeltelijk uitzicht op zee; appartementen met volledig zeezicht zijn op aanvraag ook beschikbaar. Het zag er precies zo uit als op de foto's en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. Al met al was het een ruime, praktische en nette accommodatie.
Er ontbrak eetgerei in de kitchenette maar het hotelontbijt was goed.
Arrived 9.30pm. Hotel locked. Eventually given access by off site non english speaking man. No food or drink available. Room very poorly equipped. Bookings. com should not advertise this hotel

Кофе на завтраке платный.
Так как уборка 1раз в 3 дня, мы попросили пакетированный кофе у горничных, но нам отказали.

The hotel would have been nice if it wasn't all packed up and had available facilities.
When booking the hotel there was no information on Bookings or their website about no facilities being available due to time of year. The excuse was they had closed down everything for winter, but not only was it still tourist season, all other surrounding hotels had full services for guests. We approached the manager and wrote directly to hotel with no response. Also the staff would smoke right under the rooms, so we would have to close doors to the balcony.
The breakfast was amazing, even better than we expected! The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s a bit far from the city, which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We were able to rest, unwind, and truly enjoy our holiday.
Overall, the staff were kind and helpful. However, the reception service could be improved. It would be nice to have at least one English-speaking staff member, as the hotel welcomes international guests.

Kellner sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Roomservice je nach Wunsch, schön großes Zimmer mit sehr großem Balkon und Meerblick, tolle Lage direkt am Strand und eigenem Steg, fußläufig nach Turgutreis ca 20 Min, großer Pool
Spa, Wellness Restaurant und dann auch der Pool nicht geöffnet wegen Wintersaison, keine Infos dazu im Voraus zu finden 😡. Zustand des Spa und Fitness Center sehr runtergeschlumpert,
We arrived at 11pm . Staff at the desk were helpful with getting us taken out as their restaurant was closed.
The location is brilliant.
The Turkish breakfast was every morning.
It needs an additional fee if you want to oder a cup of coffee for breakfast.
Every evening my wife and I listened to very loud music from neighboring hotels.
