Plage de sable fin à quelques mètres de la chambre
La restauration à la hauteur et très variées, et le personnel est très sympa

Conoscevo bene la struttura poiché questa è la ottava volta che prenoto questo hotel e sia le piscine, la spiaggia, la hall ed il ristorante sono confortevoli

Cons:

Come dicevo questa è la ottava volta che frequento questa struttura ma rispetto agli anni precedenti ho trovato un rilevante aumento dei prezzi che si avvicinano molto a quelli europei. Suggerirei peraltro di sensibilizzare l’animatore che fa acqua gym al mare di limitare l’utilizzo continuato del fischietto ad ogni movimento (e non solo al cambio di esercizio) poiché molte persone vorrebbero anche riposare. Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything went just great from
the start,to the last minute of our stay!
the staff is very kind ,the food is tasty , the room is perfect and clean, they just take care of everything so you feel like home, I have been in hotels arround all the world, and this is so far one of my best stays ever ,

Cons:

the seat reservation on the pool or beach is not a good idea, some people just throw their stuff in tje morning and go back to sleep, you should not allow this anymore it is very disrespectful

Un séjour exceptionnel en tous points
Pros:

L’hôtel, les chambres et les infrastructures (piscines, bar, plage privée) étaient fidèles aux photos et très bien entretenus.
L’ensemble du personnel est extrêmement accueillant et convivial.
L’ensemble des différents buffets et restaurants à la carte (inclus dans la formule all inclusive) proposent un large choix de nourriture.
Petit plus pour le restaurant à la carte tunisien qui offre une atmosphère calme et permet de découvrir la gastronomie locale.
La thalasso (en supplément) propose également un large choix de massages et options détente.

Hôtel de bon standing 5* très agréable
Pros:

Buffet top, il a du choix et très varié, le côté snack de la plage, l'apéro proposé de 18h a 21h avec ses petits canapés, personnel serviable et aimable et toujours souriants naturellement sans jamais forcer ou faire semblant ! C'est le côté humain et chaleureux des Tunisiens.
Chambre spacieuse, le ménage est bien fait par Sonia qui a toujours une petite attention. Hôtel avec un très beau cadre, la piscine de mer est très agréable. Les espaces hamac, balançoires adultes et les espaces discrets jeux pour enfants. Hôtel de bon standing sans oublier l'accueil et l'écoute du chef de réception a notre arrivée qui a été très efficace. Merci a tous !

Cons:

Proposé du beurre et des confitures sous forme individuelle au petit dejeuner ainsi que des yaourts dans leur pot ce serait plus satisfaisant pour un hôtel de ce standing.

No parece un 5 estrellas, pero los todo incluido de playa deben ser asi.
Pros:

Amplio. Limpio. Buenas Instalaciones. Piscinas de todo tipo. Playa estupenda.
Personal amable (casi todos). Comida todo el dia: o en horas de restaurante o en el beach club.
Bebida incluida a todas horas.
Las habitaciones muy bien. Nos dieron una suite enorme.

Cons:

La zona de Spa es pobre. Más bien como un reclamo pero no es autentico. Ni el Hamam ni la talasoterapia.
Obviamente tiene que gustarte los hoteles todo incluido. Quizá en eso nos equivocamos nosotros. El Buffet de comida era impresionante a la vista y variadísimo, pero la comida no era excepcional. Cocinar para tanta gente debe ser muy difícil. En la segunda comida o cena que haces en el hotel ya no puedes más y estas deseando salir a comer o a cenar fuera.
Otro tema complicado son los ruidos de los clientes en la terraza del hotel. Se quita la musica a las 10:00, pero la gente sigue de fiesta hasta muy tarde (deben darles de beber hasta tarde), y nadie les manda callar. Así que a dormir con la ventana cerrada que es una faena.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel and honestly could not find a single fault. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The property itself was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and spotless, with excellent amenities and a very comfortable bed. Every area of the hotel reflected a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel special. What impressed me most was the consistency—every aspect of the experience exceeded expectations.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again. One of the best hotel experiences I have had.
