Pros:

Check-in was seamless, the service was highly professional, and the amenities were great. We also had a fantastic time at the spa! The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the main tourist sites. Special thanks to Mr. Sherif and Mr. Saad, who were incredibly helpful and kind with our requests. المكان نظيف جدا بس المعامله الموظفين سيئة جدا جدا والأسلوب مع غير المصريين او المقيمين في مصر غير مقبول

كل شي لم يعجبني الانه بصفتي انا اكون من السعودية الأسلوب غير مرضي من الحجوزات من بوكينج إلى الفندق أسعارهم غالية وكانت الدفع إلى الفندق مباشرة بالعمله با لدولار في الفندق وليسه الدفع عن طريق البطاقة الائتمانية وتم الاتصال في بوكينج كي يتم المعالجه الأمر ولم يتم الموافقه وآخر شي تم الالغاء الحجز وكنت في حيره من امري وتأسفت اني حجزت في هذا الفندق
