الذي لايجبنيدخل الغرفه كانت فيها ريحه مش حلوه نقلت اليوم التاني عرفه اخري وكان في الغرفه الاول طربيزه مكسوره بل الباكون بعد مانقلت قالو أنا أسبّب وانا مش السبب ولاعارف من كسرها ودفت مبلغ 1500جنيه مقابل الطوبيات

على حسن تعاملهم و استقبالهم ونظافة الغرفة وسرعة استجابتهم لطلب اي شئ.

Cons:

الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق للأسف دون المستوى للفندق حيث أن الشاطئ سئ جدا جدا جدا جدا جدا وليس على المستوى الذي به الفندق أرجوا من إدارة الفندق اختيار شاطئ مناسب للفندق غير هذا الشاطئ.

بصراحة انا كنت بروح لشاطئ المنتزة وادفع فلوس زيادة علشان راحتي وراحة العائلة نظرا لسوء الشاطئ المتعاقد عليه الفندق.
