* سرعة الاستجابة لجميع الطلبات؛ فقد طلبت تغيير الغرفة وتمت الاستجابة بسرعة كبيرة.
* سرعة حضور موظفي حمل الحقائب عند الحاجة.
* خدمة غسيل الملابس كانت سريعة وتم تسليم الملابس في وقت قياسي.
* جميع الموظفين كانوا بشوشين ومتعاونين ومحترفين في التعامل.

الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق لا يليق بأسم الفندق نهائيا لكونه أشبه بالشواطئ العامة
تحصيل رسوم إنتظار ومبيت السيارات الخاصة بنزلاء الفندق أمر فى غاية السؤ من المفترض إن إنتظار سيارات النزلاء لا يتم تحصيل أي مبالغ عليه لاسيما وإن قبمة الإقامة بالفندق ليست بسيطة
