The staff is very kind especially Ahmed at the reception. He finalized the check in, in less that 5 min time.

Large hotel in good location
Pros:

We were very happy with this hotel. Very large hotel (11 levels I think). A U shaped building with the pool in the middle so it doesn't get a lot of sun and unfortunately the weather was too cool for us to use it. Room had large bed, 2 chairs and a decent amount of space to store luggage, clothes etc. There is a safe but it's not fixed down so we didnt use it. Good size bathroom. Breakfast upstairs on level 11, good selection of hot & cold options, and a view along the Corniche. Supermarket and some takeaway food options nearby. Walking distance to Stanley Bridge and some of the restaurants along the Corniche (Gleem Bay). There is a pedestrian crossing quite close to the hotel

Cons:

Staff may have been a bit busy when we checked in, but we weren't given any info about where the breakfast was, or other things in the hotel
