Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very good breakfast buffet and excellent helpful staff. The buffet item selections were very good with excellent quickly working and helpful serving staff

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was good, and the staff were very cooperative

The staff was very helpful & professional

Cons:

The restaurants and cafés have potential, but the views could definitely be improved. The Lebanese restaurant felt too closed, and opening the curtains towards the pools would make a big difference. The seafood restaurant also had a rather poor view.

The design is slightly outdated, especially the bathroom where the bathtub could be replaced with a more modern shower. The restaurants also feel quite old in style and could use some refreshing

Convenient, great value deal. friendly staff. Especially our house keeper Mr Hosny. Very clean. nice variety of restaurants in the hotel. they also have a cinema. Didn’t get a chance to try it so not sure if they have English subtitles for the movies playing. Will stay here next time.
