By coincidence, during my second stay, we were given the same room, number 103.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty. At first glance, everything looked beautiful, but after taking just a few steps on the floor, our socks became absolutely filthy.

Since we were staying with a baby/toddler, I had to take wet wipes and clean the floor myself.

I was very disappointed to find the room in such a dirty condition, especially because the hotel itself is so beautiful. It is a real shame that the cleanliness did not meet the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.

Not Quite a 5-Star Experience – Friendly Staff, but Cleanliness and Maintenance Need Improvement

The hotel claims to be a 5-star property, but unfortunately, my experience did not fully meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category.

However, there were several disappointing issues. The biggest problem was the unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Every time we opened the bathroom door, the bad smell spread throughout the entire room, which was very uncomfortable.

Regarding cleanliness, the bed sheets were clean, but unfortunately, the towels did not seem properly cleaned, and the decorative fabric on the bed also appeared unclean.

Another issue was the bed itself. It was not stable and moved noticeably, especially around the headboard area, which did not seem to be properly secured to the wall.

Overall, although the staff were excellent, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected our experience.

In my opinion, this hotel deserves a rating of 3 to 4 stars at most, rather than 5 stars. A genuine 5-star hotel should provide much better standards of hygiene, maintenance, and overall comfort.

I hope the management takes these issues seriously, as the hotel has potential but needs improvements to truly deserve its advertised 5-star rating.

It smells. Horrible. The room smells horrible. Smoke, sewer. Not sure what the smell is from. We left the room entrance door open and the balcony open to air out the room and it didn’t help; it actually got WORSE. The sewer smell is also in the pool area and you can’t get away from it.

Towels old and worn out. No blanket for the bed. House cleaning didn’t even make the bed. Not even bottled water for the room but sink water. Not expecting 5 star but expecting basics, and it was not provided for.
