Pros:

Hôtel très propre. Chambres spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Hôtel situé très loin du centre d'Alexandrie. Le café était payant au petit déjeuner ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich wäre das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut, wenn der Service gepasst hätte und wir alles gebuchte bekommen hätten.

Cons:

Wir haben Suite gebucht, nur Doppelzimmer bekommen. Auch auf Hinweis hieß es, es stünde nur Doppelzimmer im System.
Frühstück sollte es ab 7.00 uhr geben. Leider bekam ich nicht einmal einen Kaffee. Ich spreche genug Arabisch, trotzdem hat das Personal nichts verstanden.
Es gab auf dem Zimmer nur ein Badehandtuch, kein Wasser für den Wasserkocher, Safe war vom Vorgänger noch verschlossen. Wir baten bei Ankunft, dies noch zu beheben. Nichts.
Das Zimmer wurde noch nicht einmal nach der ersten Nacht geputzt, aber bei Abreise war sofirt das Hauskeeping da.
Wir kamen erst am 2 Tag abends zurück und schickten eine Mail. Daraufhin wurden wir nachts um halb 12 angerufen.
Als Entschädigung bot man uns einen Umzug in die Suit am Abreisetag an. Da wir erst um 8.00 uhr frühstückten, bekamen wir am 2. Tag ein Frühstück.
Es lag natürlich auch daran, dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Trotzdem, no go!

Karmea , vaarallinen, poistumistietä ei ollut, tulipalossa hypättävä ikkunasta 6 kerros!!!!

Hotellissa remonttia koko ajan , seinässä reikä näkyi ulos 6 kerros , ja pelkkä pahvi
