Das Personal war leider gänzlich nicht zufriedenstellend!!
Spricht so gut wie kein Deutsch und ist überhaupt nicht auf ein angemessenes Willkommen heißen der Gäste geschult.
Auf eine knappe Begrüßung folgt gleich die Aufforderung die Tourismustaxe zu begleichen…

The best stay !!
Pros:

The property was in a perfect location a short walk from the town/restaurants and gondola. The house was lovely, and had everything we needed. However the best thing about this week was our host Cristina. She couldn’t have been more helpful, and went above and beyond for us she was amazing! We would definitely come back we can’t thank her enough for making our holiday even more enjoyable would recommend this place to everyone!!

Great value for the money . would stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent quality and value. Very comfortable beds. The family apartment was excellent value.

Cons:

Only downside is it is a bit further from old town. Having said that, though, the bus service was easy and quick.

Great Stay!
Pros:

We had a great 2 nights here. The location is great as there is a bus stop across the road to get into the old town, train station etc. And the transport is super quick and easy to use. Included in the tourist tax you get a transport ticket which the team at Genta organized for us. There is a little bakery next door which was perfect for a quick breakfast. We work online and this hotel had great Wi-Fi for our work calls. The room was clean and everything was set up nicely for us. Overall we would stay here again.

Für eine Geschäftsreise empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schönes kleines sauberes Zimmer,
genug Parkplatz vorhanden, unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Ein- und Auschecken.

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, musste das Fenster in der Nacht offen lassen, durch den Straßenverkehr war es laut.

Pros:

Przyjemny hotel na 1 noc. Dobry dojazd z autostrady. Wygodne łóżka. Czajnik w pokoju. Bardzo czysto. Wieczorem zameldowanie bez kontaktu z personelem, nie wiem jak w ciągu dnia.
