Beautiful open rooms
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff that kindly accommodated for my brother and I and upgraded our room. Lovely high ceilings and big windows that are open to let in fresh air. About a 10 minute walk into the main centre of Salzburg. Would stay here again.

Cons:

Floors seemed a little dusty, not sure if they had been cleaned from the previous stay.

Pros:

Alles sehr funktional, modern, aber auch nachhaltig in historischem Gebäuden nahe am Mirabell Garten, fußläufig in die Altstadt. Selbst Check In und Out ist nicht unsere Sache, aber hier hat es ohne Probleme funktioniert. Parken gegen Gebühr unproblematisch. Zimmer modern und geräumig, beeindruckend hohe Decke. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Nice room but that’s about it. Spoils by rude staff
Pros:

The room itself was beautiful with a very comfy bed

Cons:

No atmosphere. Self service check in else go to the top floor to have very slow reception staff who were not very friendly.
We tried to purchase 2 coffees in the morning and pay by phone as we have done EVERYWHERE else during our week stay in Austria.
The receptionist said we needed to insert card but we do not carry card or cash as use phone only when out and about.
Would not work and she kept insisting we use card even though we had said did not have card. We said we would have to leave the coffees ( we had not drank them as pay before you take)
We left the cafe and she kept shouting “you must pay” as we were leaving in front of everyone!
We had not had the drinks they were still on the counter and we had tried to pay but their machine not working so not our fault
We have continued paying by card everywhere else and no problem!

Pros:

El lugar es bonito, moderno, y muy cómodo, está cerca de todo y es muy limpio

Cons:

Me gustó en general todo, por buscarle podría decir que el lugar es pequeño, pero para 2 personas es más que suficiente
