Cons:

Check-in was self-service, and when we asked a staff member for help entering our information, she refused to assist us. It was also inconvenient that the bathroom was located right next to the bed, which made the layout feel less comfortable and private.

. Εύκολο online check in and check out.

Cons:

Μικρό δωμάτιο για οικογένεια 4 ατόμων αν και το ξέραμε...δεν βρίσκαμε αλλου να κλείσουμε που να είναι τόσο καλή τοποθεσία...αλλά όλα καλά...περάσαμε τέλεια....

Decent choice with a little hiccup
Pros:

Location is very convenient, and room is comfortable and well-decorated.

Cons:

The refrigerator in our room was not working, so our food had gone bad. Sounds like the customers before us already complained about the refrigerator, but still not got fixed before or during our stay.

Wir hatten kein Frühstück weil wir zeitig los wollten
Die Lage war gut und es gab auch eine Rezeption
Das Zimer und Bad waren gut. Es gab auch eine Klimaanlage

Cons:

Parken war mit 40.-€ in öffntlicher Garage sehr teuer.
An der Rezeption erhielt ich eine Rabatkarte, die bei mir nicht funktioniert hat.
Es sollte vielleicht eine Anleitung mitgegeben werden
Die Farbgebung im Zimmer war gewöhnungsbedürftig

Fantastic and so pleased to have chosen this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is well worth 10+ stars, along with it locality to all the key tourist spots in Salzburg. Room is a good size and breakfast has a vast selection and good quality. Would highly recommend this for your stay.

Hotel is in a good location but the lack of on-site staff during check-in ruined the stay.
Pros:

The automated check in was very difficult. Several keys did not work and needed to be re-issued. There was only one pillow and one blanket in rooms with 2 people. There was no one who answered the phone when we tried to reach someone during check- in. I would not stay there again.

Cons:

Not having a human being to troubleshoot the issues of a large group arriving ( we had 5 rooms reserved )and different ones of us had different issues was problematic especially given the cost of the rooms. There should be a person there to help with check in until midnight.

Location of hotel was great, just a short walk to city centre and bus stop within 50 meters from hotel door if needed. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful - in particular receptionist Moonna and also Slageah (unsure of spelling) Air conditioning was excellent!
