La posizione è ottima. La signora delle pulizie, che pur non parlando inglese è stata sempre molto cordiale e si è impegnata a cercare di rimediare alle numerose mancanze della struttura, anche se non era di sua competenza.

Cons:

Fate attenzione prima di prenotare questa struttura. L’assistenza è praticamente inesistente: nessuna reception, nessuno risponde al telefono o ai messaggi, nemmeno dopo una segnalazione aperta su Booking.
La camera era in cattive condizioni: bagno datato con doccia senza protezione che allagava il pavimento, tavoletta del WC rotta e usurata, rubinetteria vecchia, mobile dell’angolo cottura rotto e frigorifero guasto che perdeva acqua. Nonostante le numerose segnalazioni, il problema non è mai stato risolto.
L’angolo cottura era poco utilizzabile, con utensili vecchi, sporchi e insufficienti. Inoltre il Wi-Fi non funzionava.

I had to wait when I arrived. There was nobody. I was asked about time just the day before. They should inform from the beginning that there won't be a reception and we have tell then the arrival time. And when I called them the didn't reply. Only after calling five times. The didn't bother. I was getting scared to not to be able to stay after looking forward for my holidays.
The bathroom very small shower and old.
But the worst was an electricity problem with hairdryer. It exploted with a fire spark I had to throw it to floor scared. One of the plugs is not good and it is very dangerous for anyone. Be very careful. Rom 2 on second floor. I'm sure they are nice just don't want to bother. And it is expensive for that conditions. Sorry but I need to say it to improve this specially for the dangerous situation.

Ottima struttura per accogliere turisti
Pros:

La posizione dello studios è eccezionale, vicina a qualsiasi tipo di servizio. Host accogliente e camera pulita ogni giorno con cambio asciugamani. Piccolo balcone per pranzi fugaci e colazione vista mare/ montagna.

Cons:

Ambiente unico: cucina e stanza da letto in un unica room.

Fick ett enklare gammalt och mycket slitet rum. Personalen låtsades inte om att jag hade en bokning på ett större rum som jag betalt mer för där det utlovades 30 kvm och balkong . Sliten toalett . Toalettsits som sett sina bästa dagar , väldigt äckligt . Dusch där det var hål i slangen då allt sprutade ut bredvid duschen. Lagning lovades men de skruvade bara på duschmunstycket igen. Det fanns Ingen större spegel , bara en hög liten på toaletten där man inte nådde upp . Inga krokar i rummet . Gammal kyl som lät i hela rummet. Sängen var gammal , där fjädrarna kändes rakt igenom . Ingenstans att göra av sin resväska . Låg på golvet så man fick ingen plats . Utlovades balkong men fick en avsats där 2 personer inte fick plats

Pros:

Lovely stay, with the best location on Naxos. We felt so at home here with a small kitchenette to make breakfast and light meals. It is literally steps away from the bus stop, restaurants, etc. You cannot pick a better location on the entire island!
