Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja i piękny wystrój obiektu. Pokój był przestronny, z bardzo wygodnym łóżkiem, a dużym atutem okazał się aneks kuchenny oraz oddzielne pomieszczenia z toaletą i prysznicem, co znacznie podnosi komfort pobytu.

Cons:

Jednego poranka zdecydowaliśmy się na hotelowe śniadanie. Było smaczne, jednak naszym zdaniem przy kolejnej wizycie wybralibyśmy piekarnię znajdującą się zaledwie kilka metrów od hotelu, gdzie można zjeść równie dobrze, a przy tym znacznie taniej. Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie i chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie.

Novo, limpo, amplo, confortável, pessoas bacanas. Recomendo muito.

Lugar novo, design e escolha de elementos impecável. Quarto amplo, confortável. Cama excelente. Muito perto da estação de trem. Funcionamento impecável, funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Pra não dizer que não há nada, acho que pelo padrão do hotel as toalhas de banho poderiam ser maiores. Quando digo isso é porque é realmente excelente o local. Sempre escolha um hotel quando a reclamação maior for desse tipo :)

Quaint apartment, clean, relaxing
Pros:

We had a beautiful, relaxing apartment. Gorgeous decor, convenient location walking distance to sights, great buffet breakfast. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Comfort, valuable, best location, and maybe with flies
Pros:

Nice, spacious rooms, but disappointed by a pest issue and unprofessional front desk attitude. We had a beautiful time in Salzburg and initially enjoyed our stay. We stayed in Room 4 from June 16-18, and then moved to Room 17 on the 4th floor from June 19-21. Room 17 was a great upgrade—much quieter, larger, and very comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience in Room 17 was ruined by a fly infestation. Shortly after checking in, we found a large number of flies in the room. They seemed to come from the kitchen sink bin or the ventilation system. I had to kill about ten of them on the first night. We kept all the windows strictly closed for the rest of our stay, but flies kept appearing. We even had to open the curtains to attract them to the glass just to swat them with our slippers.

What made the situation worse was the attitude of the receptionist (the lady with purple hair) at check-out. We kindly informed her about the fly issue simply to prevent the next guest from dealing with it. Instead of apologizing or taking it seriously, she was highly dismissive and blamed us, stating that bugs will always come in if windows are opened. She completely ignored the fact that we had kept the windows closed the entire time. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional response to constructive feedback.

We do like the stay once again, and we would only have this bad comment while the front desk try not to apologize and to blame us to let the windows opened (we closed them immediately after discovering flies.

Great location and room to have a staycation in the city.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Close to the Bahnhof. The room is spacious, modern, and clean. I love the interior design. Also they have a sauna and small gym, which is very nice to have a staycation in a city center of Salzburg.

Cons:

Our closet is broken. The water flush always running and cannot stop. I report to the reception and unfortunately they come when i was taking a bath and i suggest to come back 5 more minutes and they did not come again. Finally, when my husband arrive he fix it himself and the water closet stops.
