Sehr angenehmes und freundliches Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral. Das Personal sehr natürlich freundlich, nicht aufdringlich dennoch sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist schön und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Cooles Ambiente und sehr saubere Wäsche und Zimmer. Sensationelles gut ausgesuchtes Frühstückbuffet von hoher Qualität. Uns hat alles in diesem Hotel erfreut. Danke!!!

Ideales, zentral gelegenes Hotel um Salzburg zu erkunden mit super Frühstück.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, super zentral gelegen. Qualitativ sehr hochwertiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und auf Wunsch frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen.
Sehr freundliches Personal mit kostenlosen Willkommens Getränk. Discount auf die sonst recht teuren Tiefgaragen in der Nähe.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war noch im „Wintermodus“ weshalb es in dem recht kleinen Zimmer schnell über 25 grad waren. Fenster öffnen war leider auch keine Dauerlösung, da es draußen recht laut war. Zimmer Richtung Gasse.

Ausgezeichnete Lage im schönen Salzburg
Pros:

Beim Einchecken wurden wir bereits mit einem Willkommensgetränk verwöhnt, zum Abschied gab es eine süsse Überraschung. Und zwischen Ankunft und Abreise gab es wirklich nur herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Dieses Hotel ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase.

Cons:

Dass unser Aufenthalt nicht länger gedauert hat.

TOP - Tolles Hotel mit Herz ❤️
Pros:

Ein ganz besonderes Hotel ! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen- und dieser Eindruck blieb auch über die ganzen 3 Tage bestehen.
Das Personal ist mit Herz dabei und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Schönes Zimmer und tolles, reichhaltiges Frühstück - sogar bis 11 Uhr!. Endlich mal ein Hotel wo man sich morgens mehr Zeit nehmen kann.
Danke nochmals für die nette Geburtstags- Überraschung für meine Mutter.
Die Cocktails an der Bar sind auch sehr lecker.
Die Lage ist perfekt- einmal über die Brücke und schon ist man in der Altstadt. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden sicher noch einmal kommen.

Cons:

Samstag Nacht war es leider bis 3 Uhr sehr laut in der Gasse vor unserem Fenster.

Pros:

The staff were amazing. They were so helpful, giving us plenty of advice where to visit. It happened to be my birthday, and they made it ever so special. Arrived with a beautiful cake and prosceo at breakfast. Thanks so much for the great welcome you gave us. I would highly recomend your hotel

Top escale à Salzburg
Pros:

La Localisation est parfaite pour visiter la ville. Le personnel a été réactif à nos demandes et aux petits soins (welcome drink, biscuits, rose). Le bâtiment est super bien décoré et le lit est très confortable.

Cons:

Pas grand chose. Mais s’il faut dire quelque chose je dirais le déjeuner un peu light même si très bon
