Service a little slow and sometimes they forget to do room service you need to remind them
Manager is amazing and makes sure you enjoy your stay in every way. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was really nice. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be coming back.

Максимально комфортный и во всех смыслах суперский БУТИК отель! Цена конечно не демократичная))), НО проживание здесь этого стОит. Номера просто громадные! Две недели отдыхали во всех основных местах Монтенегро, первых два дня провели в этом отеле и последние два дня остановились здесь же, чтобы послевкусие осталось Максимально ярким. Персонал во всём помогает и подсказывает, решает любую поставленую задачу). Юлии особая благодарность, отлично говорит на русском, и помогала во всех моментах. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить официанта в ресторане при отеле, к сожалению имя не запомнил((, Максимально приятный, внимательный и обходительный Человек (Мужчина в возрасте), он реально любит свою работу и всё делает от души. От всего сердца желаю ему здоровья и долгих лет жизни! Отдыхали семьёй, два взрослых и два ребёнка, 18 и 13 лет, у всех мнение одинаковое. Бассейн на крыше отличный и пляж при отеле хоть и маленький, НО поверьте очень уютный и комфортный! (В первый день я так не думал)). Спасибо за заботу! Нам было приятно провести время в этом Отеле
На завтрак не было чёрной икры))) Рядом строят сетевой отель, но стройка сильно не мешает. А после 10-ти дней в других местах, поверьте это даже не заметно)
Showers had very low water pressure
We absolutely loved it. The staff in particular was extremely friendly and helpful, from reception to restaurant, housekeeping, etc, everyone made us feel welcome. The room was stunning - very spacious, sparkling clean and beautifully set up.
We had to deal with a situation and staff at reception was very helpful calling people and speak on our behalf as we don’t speak Montenegrin.
Lovely breakfast with selection of quality products (in particular the granola!). Also option for hot food that is of great quality.
The rooftop pool is great and offers an amazing view over Tivat.
As a family of 5, it was also great to have access to a washing machine + dryer in the room.
We were on 1st floor and one of the bedroom was facing the main street which can be a bit loud if you are sensitive to noise. You probably wouldn’t hear it if AC is on but we don’t put AC at night so could hear some noise - but again quite sensitive to noise so not an issue for most people.
In general everything was okay
Asked for take-away breakfast early morning - is was total crap !

The breakfast food was delicious and high-quality, and the waitstaff were very attentive. However, the system was unclear. The buffet selection felt a bit limited at first glance because it wasn't clearly explained that you could order made-to-order items (such as specialty coffee, omelets, etc.) directly from the staff. Clearer guidance or a visible menu at breakfast would make it perfect.
The big room, the hospitality, the care. It is a luxury apartment and 8 wish I could use it longer
It is expensive, I guess that this is correct fo all rooms on that area 8n August.
They sent us notification about closure of the pool for privet event just day before our arrival at the only time we wanted to use it.
They did all they can to compensate us, including free beds on the beach and wine and more.
But still not a surprise you would expect day before your stay
