Great location in Pythagorio town. A short walk to shopping, restaurants, and beach.

Goede locatie midden in Pythagorion, personeel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Er wordt aangegeven dat het rookvrij is, helaas rookt de receptie en schoonmakers, rook trekt door het gehele gebouw, storend als je in die lucht wakker wordt 's ochtends.
In de ochtend ook geen warm water beschikbaar uit de douche.

The location is amazing. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was wonderful to be able to spend the night on our balcony. Parking was also a comfort. If we returned to Pythagorion, we would chose the same place.

Tranquillo e molto comodo
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, in una stradina tranquilla che porta al centro di Pythagorion in 2 minuti a piedi. Le camere sono sufficientemente ampie e dotate degli accessori necessari per la cucina e la struttura in generale è piccola e tranquilla. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha anche offerto delle bottiglie d'acqua e della frutta all'arrivo! Inoltre il prezzo è decisamente competitivo rispetto ad altre opzioni simili.

Ruime kamer met fantastisch uitzicht (zeezicht, kamer 7). Gastvrouw vriendelijk. Onze kamer was al klaar om 10.30, super fijn! Inventaris keukentje summier maar voldoende.
Midden in het mooie Pythagorion, dicht bij alles.
Al met al een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Cons:

Wifi was niet al te best, viel veel weg. Er was niet altijd warm water, zeker niet laat op de avond.
Jammer dat je apart moet betalen voor de airco, zou m.i. gewoon bij de prijs inbegrepen moeten zijn. Was wel duidelijk van te voren bekend.

Pros:

Odaya girdiğimizde mükemmel bir meyve tabağı ile karşılanmak çok güzeldi.Uygun oldukları için erken giriş yapmamızı kabul ettiler öncelikle bunun için çok teşekkürler. Odamızın konumu,temizliği,balkonunun esintisi ve sessizliği, çarşıya 100mt. mesafede olması mükemmeldi. Tekrar gelsek yine Dias Studios.ta konaklamayı isteriz. Çok keyifli ve güvenli bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladıkları için tekrar teşekkürler.

Exceptional
Pros:

We stayed in a room on the top floor with two separate bedrooms, a terrace, a small kitchen, and a stunning view. The room and the hotel were clean. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Although we arrived early due to the ferry schedule, she quickly arranged for our room to be prepared. There is a parking lot right next to the hotel, and it’s within walking distance to the beach, the ferry, and restaurants. On the last day, I forgot my ring in the room, and the cleaning lady had left it at the reception — I was able to pick it up 🙏🏻 We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this place.
