Modern Self-Check in Stay
Pros:

The stay was modern with an easy check in. We liked it that the basin with mirror and hairdryer was separate from the toilet & shower.
The bus station was a short walk away.
There was a supermarket very close by. (PS: supermarkets are closed on Sundays)

Cons:

We booked a room with a double bed / 2 single beds pushed together. Our room had 2 single beds with a built in pedestal in-between, so we couldn't push it together...
There wasn't proper space to open our suitcases (but we managed)

Arreglen en ascensor
Pros:

En general todo bien y práctico

Cons:

Solo funcionaba un ascensor ya que para usarlo había que poner un código, y en uno de los ascensores el número dos de donde se pone el cogido estaba dañado….. en conclusión si quieren hacer todo a través de tecnologia, sin personal a quien pedir ayuda…. Mínimo hay que asegurarse que todo funcione

Gutes Hotel für den Salzburg-Aufenthalt mit guter Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Bis in die Altstadt sind es zu Fuß knapp 20 min, ansonsten stehen diverse Buslinien in der Nähe bereit. Der Self-Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei. Nur am Ende der Tage gab es manchmal Probleme bei der Direkteingabe des Codes an der Tür. Im Waschraum kann man sich selbst Handtücher nehmen.

Cons:

Waschbecken befindet sich leider direkt im Zimmer und nicht im Bad.

Pros:

O hotel é bom, moderno e os quartos são confortáveis. O café da manhã é muito bem servido.

Cons:

Não é muito perto do centro, mas isso não chegou a ser um problema. O que pode ser um problema sério para muitos e’ que o hotel não tem atendimento com pessoas, e’ todo digital. Já estive em hotéis mais automatizados antes, mas o Numa está em outro nível. Para abrir as portas e’ necessário usar um aplicativo próprio, ou uma senha. Se algo der errado, você tem que ligar para uma central. Para quem não tem muita familiaridade com tecnologia sugiro não arriscar ficar no Numa.

Lovely appartment
Pros:

Location was 15minute walk from main attractions. Bus stop directly outside property. Room was good size with microwave, kettle, coffe machine & fridge. 2 bottles of water provided on arrival & tea & coffee. Bathroom was large with excellent shower. On site restaurant & lockers to store bags if required.

Cons:

Found it strange having no reception or staff to ask for advice. Hotel is operated through App to get room access codes.

Numa has done an outstanding job
Pros:

Ended up loving the features and ease of dealing with all-digital staffing and communication. Room was a bit tight, but beds were comfortable and the storage shelves had sufficient space. Dishes, microwave, and fridge were great amenities, though the fridge was pretty tiny. On-site laundry (that uses the weWash app) was super convenient. Extra linens and coffee supplies were in a cabinet in the laundry room, a thoughtful touch when there is no front desk. Bus stop is right across the street, as is a Billa supermarket.

Cons:

The one sink serves both bathroom and kitchen, which isn’t ideal.

Très bon confort mais l'absence de personnel se fait sentir
Pros:

L'emplacement est calme mais assez excentré du centre ville de Salzbourg. Ce n'était pas gênant pour nous car nous avions loué une voiture et souhaitions visiter les environs de Salzbourg. Pas recommandé si l'on souhaite limiter les temps de déplacement pour visiter le centre ville.
Le confort des chambres est très bon, même si nous avons trouvé assez étrange la présence du lavabo en dehors de la salle de bain !

Cons:

Globalement je trouve que l'on est noyé de messages et de mails (exclusivement en anglais) qui répètent les mêmes messages. Nous avons trouvé que l'absence d'une présence humaine est globalement préjudiciable pour une bonne qualité du séjour surtout si l'on est pas anglophone. En cas de soucis l'assistance par Whatsapp est assez efficace. Les réponses sont rapides. mais quelquefois automatiques sans réelle réponse au problème.
Le parking sous l'hôtel est un plus mais les places sont peu nombreuses et non réservables. Le parking est privé et très cher, 24 € par jour, mais si vous restez une nuit c'est aussi 24 €.

Cons:

No me gustó que no hubiera personal y todo fuera por la aplicación. Está bastante alejado del centro. No limpian la habitación todos los días. Muy caro. Y había lámparas rotas y manchas en la pared
