LEAVING.

Cons:

Firstly I would give it zero ⭐ as this is as bad as it gets.

We got dropped off in the dark and without a torch the entrance in is a minefield.

Check in quick.

Got a 1st floor hovel. We went to the bar. Ordered 3 beers and from afar, the "glasses" looked good. Awful thick plastic cups which held half the amount bought. 1 brandy and lemonade ordered. So much ice in a small glass, once the small amount of brandy was put in, there was little room for lemonade.
We all decided not to use the bar again. Saving a bit of beer and spirits etc, just a miserable barman.

The room was from 1976. And not had any maintenance since. The bathroom flooded every time the bath was used. It's was just a disgusting feeling having to use this room.

The bedroom, awful. Just awful.
Dodgy electrics, poor condition of all furniture. We slept on top of the bed , as it was grubby. 🤮

All 4of us wouldn't return if it was free. Weeds everywhere, scruffy. NOT A PARADISE. 😂😂😂😂

Pros:

Immersa nel verde la struttura è ben servita da mezzi, ristoranti, negozi spiagge e noleggio. 20 minuti a piedi per arrivare al porto di Kos Town. Ci sono gatti galline e il gallo che canta la mattina. Piscina pulita e frequentata da tedeschi , noi non abbiamo fatto nessun bagno con un mare a stupendo a Cento metri!Esperienza ottima.luglio agosto 2026

Cons:

Per essere estremamente pignoli la cura delle piante e del giardino. La struttura non è visibile dalla strada e poco conosciuta da taxi e dai locali.

Struttura accogliente con piscina , camere spaziose con terrazzo, posizione vicino al centro della città 20 min in bici

Odalar büyük ve bizim kaldığımız odada rahat balkon vardı en alt kattaki odaların balkonu bir ve önlerinde masa var, balkonda çamaşır asmak için çamaşırlık var. Otelin havuzu büyük ve güzel şezlonglar yeterli. Personel güler yüzlü. Pek çok konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Mutfakta ocak tabak çatal tencere tava mevcut. Mutfak kısmı oldukça temiz

Banyoda su gideri çok yavaş akıyor çok su birikiyor. Yatak bazaları ortadan çökmüş durumda. Bazalar yenilenir ve banyo gideri düzeltilir ve banyoya perde değil kabin eklenirse tekrar kalınabilecek bir otel.

La struttura esternamente è molto bella, la piscina è incantevole e pulitissima

Cons:

La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, peccato per le formiche rosse nel letto, la doccia non funzionante, la luce che sfarfallava e la presenza di ulteriori insetti nel letto

Abbiamo adorato tutto di questo luogo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. È un posto estremamente rilassante. Tutti ci hanno coccolato. La piscina era fantastica. Ci si muove facilmente affittando un transfer per l'aeroporto oppure una macchina per visitare i maggiori punti di interesse. Assolutamente consigliato!
