Luxury at a great cost fabulous hosting / service / clean
Pros:

The staff were very helpful polite and went beyond.
The room was clean and had all essentials toothbrush/ toiletries/ hair dryer were provided.
We left before breakfast time prompt breakfast was sent to my room. No delays in any of the situations food / pick drop to airport. Excellent service definitely would go again and already have recommended to family and friends

This hotel is ideal for accessing the airport and for a night's stay before flying.
Pros:

It was ok. Beds comfortable. Free return airport shuttle. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

No view but we were there for just one night. to be near the airport.
No bedside light.
Room decor.

A good stay, but improvment is needed
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle service was a plus.

Cons:

I had issues with mosquitoes. The vaporizer provided by the staff was rather inefficient. I didn't sleep well for this reason. It would be better if mosquito nets were provided.

Pros:

Absolutely outstanding customer service with prompt responses and exceptionally well-organised support. The team made it easy to tailor my stay, as I had to extend my stay also giving me a wider range of options to explore the city with confidence.

Overall stay at the property was good and I would return. However as feedback, I recon few things to improve as highligh
Pros:

Staff being courteous and friendly. They provided airport pick-up and Drop-off and was a seamless experience. Location is close to Uttara and airport (10min). So convenient for those traveling and looking to stay at a good locality. Of course it’s away from the main city areas like Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, etc.

Cons:

Fridge wasn’t working in the room, there wasn’t any bottled water although there were bottle wrappers in the room (maybe it wasn’t replenished by house keeping). One bath towel was used and left behind the washroom door. Again, not much to complain but thought it’s worth highlighting. The front desk staff missed to advice that I had breakfast included in my stay (not a big deal but would expect it as a standard advice to customers having breakfast as part of their package)

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport and provides the shuttle service to/from airport which is very convenient. The staff was super friendly and nice. The room was clean and good for my one night stay.
