Fairly an average service booking
Pros:

The hotel was located in a very ideal area which was near to the main airport in Dhaka. The staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged all services with ease and efficiently.

Cons:

Mosquitos were found in the room and the ‘English breakfast’ which was included in our stay, wasn’t an English breakfast. It was traditional Bangladesh food such as paratha, dhall and curry items. I have to score the breakfast as a zero due to this. The advertisement for room and breakfast was misleading and inaccurate.

Great overnight stay. Night Manager was very helpful and good.
Pros:

Overnight stay close to the airport before flight the next morning.

Cons:

No heating at all, room was a chill bin. Asked for heating but declined. Very hard bed and pillows. Breakfast was below average. Foods were overly priced.

Не забывайте менять постельное белье. В моем номере его не поменяли после предыдущего гостя.

Cons:

В этм отеле необходимо почистить подушки и одеяла, правильно стирать постельное белье и полотенца. Состояние подушек и одеяла отвратительное. В отеле нет шумоизоляции.всю ночь слышала стук и громкие голоса в коридоре. Ночью, перед долгим путешествием, не выспалась из-за шума.

Staffs are nice and professional.
Pros:

Breakfast was culturally appropriate and presentable. Had dinner also and invite my family to dinner with me and it was lovely. The dining staffs to reception staffs everyone helpfull. Hasan the front desk person was helpful when my family member worried that did my flight arrived or did they able to receive me or not. Hasan was the good staff indeed.

Cons:

After 18th Sep for one night experience with good service, I rebooked again to use on 7th Oct during my departure time from BD. I was satisfied both times at hotel and internal service. However the day I left BD on early night 8th Oct I have used hotel taxi srrvice to drop off me at airport. It was not nice service at all. I didn’t feel safe. I am as a international traveler being femal with child how I received service my 1st day ariport service pick up that's not the way I received service on 8th during drop off. I felt driver just rush to leave and the car condirion was not good. Being my self and my child with full of over crowded place was not feeling safe. I will not trust the drop off service. One of the main reson I have chosen this hotel one near airport and require drop off -pick up service reliable. When people like me not used to BD type over crowded situation and being female not feel safe surrounded by unknown people that is one of my main reason to choose. I am not sure if i can trust the drop off service for 2nd time. Other than that hotel was overall nice.

A good base for our trip, located near to the airport.
Pros:

A decent hotel located fairly close to the airport and the (airport) railway station.
The hotel was a great base for our trip, and staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English.
We were well served by Ekramul Haque and Ezaz Dewan who were kindly able to store our bags on our final day, and also allow us to use a room to shower before our flight home.
We tried the restaurant for dinner one night and the food was very good.

Cons:

Note that there is a switch for the hot water!
We both enjoyed cold showers on our first night before finding out that we had to press the switch- after this it was all good! Maybe a sign would help.

Nothing only thing breakfast was cold and I was the first person there , that’s the only bad point

I’m from the UK with ancestral links to this country. I really enjoyed the extra effort from all the staff - Md Hasan, Md Ekramul, Md Shojon to name but a few. Was pleased with the service.
