Great staff: wonderful beech.
Pros:

Quite far out of Alexandria but this is made up for by having its own beech, which is very good and close by. The room was good and spacious, if over looking another building. The breakfast was just okay but the staff, were exceptional, they could not do enough for you.

Cons:

Only thing was the breakfast was basic and you had to ask for coffee or tea- it was not automatically included.

الممرات نظيفة ولكن غير مكيفة

المفروض نخلي تنوع في الافطار وليس المفروض عليك وجبتين فقط

الريسبشن مفيهوش تكييف نهائيا

الانترنت سيء جدا في الغرف والريسبشن

لايوجد حمام سباحة

في بعض الاثاث في الغرفة يحتاجله صيانة

المكيف في الغرف صغير جدا مقارنة بحجم الغرفة
ومكانه خاطئ لانه مقابل السراير

This hotel is absolutely terrible. I would never recommend it to anyone.

مفيش حاجه حلوه خالص دول نصابين

There is absolutely nothing good about this hotel. Everything was terrible, and I honestly feel like I was completely scammed. They took my money and refused to refund me even though I left less than an hour after checking in. Absolute rip-off. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Cons:

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! If I could give it less than one star, I honestly would without hesitation. It was truly a disgusting experience.

The smell was absolutely horrible and unbearable, there were flies all over the room, and the place was extremely dirty. Most importantly, the hotel looked absolutely nothing like the pictures advertised online. The photos do not reflect the reality or the actual condition of the property at all.

I checked in and left in less than an hour because the conditions were unacceptable. Despite this, they refused to refund my money. Honestly, it feels like they simply didn’t want to give my money back. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never stay here again. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money I paid. In my opinion, this is a complete rip-off



من أسوأ الفنادق اللي زرتها! لو فى اقل من نجمه والله كنت اديتهالكم من غير تردد. بجد تجربه مقرفه.

بصراحة، دي كانت من أسوأ تجارب الفنادق اللي مررت بيها. الرائحة كانت سيئة جدًا ومزعجة دبان مالى الاوضه، والمكان غير نظيف تمامًا. والأهم من كده إن الفندق مش شبه الصور المعروضة على الإطلاق، والصور الموجودة أونلاين لا تعكس الحقيقة ولا الحالة الفعلية للمكان.

بصراحة، لا أنصح أي حد بالإقامة في الفندق ده، ومش هكرر التجربة دي أبدًا. الفندق لا يستحق المبلغ المدفوع فيه نهائيًا عشان كدا مش بيردو يرجعوا الفلوس انا دخلته وخرج مقعدتش ساعه فيه ومرديوش يدونى فلوسى اكيد مصدقوا يلاقوا فلوس. نصابين بجد.

We enjoyed staying here!
Pros:

I especially liked the staff - they are amazing, so helpful and kind, doing much more than that have to!
The sea is absolutely gorgeous! 🏝️ The beach is great!
We stayed in this hotel for two days, than left for the central part of Alexandria for sightseeing, but in several days came back to Bianchi: we couldn't find a better place with as beautiful a beach and sea for an appropriate price.
The rooms are nice and very spacious with balconies and large windows. Conditions work properly, there is always hot water and there is a friedge and a safe in each room. And free drinking water.
Breakfast is very nice: you can choose either continental or oriental one. We liked both))
The hall of the hotel is very cosy and pleasant to sit in.
There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around. We bought fruit and fresh buns every day.
My family and I really enjoyed staying there. I will definitely recommend Bianchi hotel and would like to come back there next time I'll be in Alexandria.)

Cons:

The streets around the hotel are the same as in other parts of Alexandria, kind of dirty, but it's not the fault of the hotel - the hotel itself and the beach are clean and nice.

Amazing hospitality and perfect beach.
Pros:

It’s very rare to go to a hotel and find it beyond exceptional. Bianchi was exactly that for me. From the amazing hospitality of the manager, Mr Mohamed, to each and every single person in his staff: Ms Doha, Mr Khaled, Mr Basem, Ms Fatma. They all provided us with an incredible atmosphere that genuinely made the stay remarkable.

When we first arrived, we found the room we had booked in advance was quite small for us as a family of 3, so the staff immediately upgraded us to a more comfortable room since it was available for the duration of our stay without asking for extra charges or any trouble. Just genuine hospitality and kindness.

The hotel itself is extremely clean and well-designed, and the staff are very meticulous with room service and hygiene. And the food was absolutely delicious. You could tell it is made with love.

Lastly, you get a private beach that is 2 minutes walk from the hotel that is absolutely gorgeous. The staff there too are very friendly and helpful, and you could stay for as long as you want.

To sum up, this is a fantastic choice if you are going to Al Agamy, and we will definitely be visiting sometime again soon!

위치가 조금 멀긴 했지만, 걸어서 갈 수 있는 가까운 거리에 다운타운이 있어서 괜찮았어요. 조식은 훌륭했고 방도 잘 정돈되어 있었어요. 직원분들은 친절하고 열정적이었어요.

They have a private beach connected to the old Paradise Beach, which is very well maintained and very clean. Agami has changed so much, but being there brought back so many beautiful memories

Excellent hôtel, personnel aux petits soins, nous recommandons
Pros:

Très bel hôtel aux petits soins pour ses clients. Le personnel est très agréable et souhaite que vous passiez un bon séjour. Vous bénéficierez d’un très bon et copieux petit déjeuner ( plusieurs plats typiques à base de légumes et de graines, une omelette, du pain, un croissant, du beurre, de la confiture, du miel , un jus de fruits et une boisson chaude( nous n’avons pas pu terminer tellement c’était copieux). Grandes chambres avec un canapé, une table basse, une table, un balcon et un frigo. Le lit est bon et nous avons bien dormi.
Vous aurez accès à une plage privée ( siège et parasol) à 200m. Un taxi nous a été commandé pour repartir à un tarif normal ( ce qui est rarement le cas dans les hotels égyptiens). Les boissons du bar sont excellentes. Restaurants à 10 min.

Cons:

Le centre d’ Alexandrie est à 25-30 min de taxi ( en général 500 LO).

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service of Bianchi Hotel!! Every single person that I’ve met has truly gone above and beyond to give the highest level of service!! My room was very spacious w/ a very nice balcony!
It’s a 3 min walk from their private section of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea! Fully stocked mini bar! The breakfast was also great!! I highly recommend Bianchi Hotel to anyone coming to Alexandria Egypt!
