Très beau séjour dans cette hôtel.Merci à toute l’équipe .je recommande cette établissement l
Pros:

Hôtel très propre grande chambre avec literie confortable dans un endroit calme.Le personnel très accueillant et au petit soin 24/24.On se sent comme chez des amis toujours prêt à vous aider et discuter avec vous .Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Très belle expérience à ne pas hésiter.

Cons:

Un peu loin d’Alexandrie Centre est à 25 km mais le taxi est vraiment pas cher (4 euros environ)

The receptionist Farah was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly.
The staff is helpful and tried to resolve some problems that arose. They changed my room and it was fine.

Cons:

It's a bit outdated.
The location is near beach but the beach is full of trash and stray dogs.

Pros:

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und das Personal nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall! :-)

Cons:

In der Gegend des Hotels gibt es leider nicht wirklich was zu unternehmen und in die Innenstadt von Alexandria dauert es ca. 45 Minuten - die Lage ist also nicht optimal; daran kann das Hotel natürlich nichts ändern, das haben wir beim Buchen einfach zu wenig bedacht.
Leider gab es nur ganz dünne Decken und Leintücher - für die dickeren Decken waren keine Überzüge zu bekommen; das war uns persönlich im Februar etwas zu kalt!
Die Zimmer waren auch eher hellhörig nach draußen.

Pros:

Excellent hotel!

We arrived very early in the morning, but it was no problem. They even helped to arrange a taxi to collect us from the airport.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Especially Khaled who really took care of us well.

The room was very good and clean.

It's very close to the beach, which is great to walk or run along.

The breakfast was very good and varied. The chef was so kind and attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying longer than expected.

酒店的工作人员非常亲切和热情！亚历山大是我们埃及旅行的第一站，这家酒店更适合自驾游的朋友，在一片街区内部，道路比较窄，不好开。旁边就是热闹的镇中心，买东西很方便，距离市区景点大概20到30分钟车程，有自己的沙滩，步行3到5分钟就可以抵达，提供沙滩躺椅，非常棒。

酒店提供早餐，品类比较简单，最后一天需要启程，还提供了早餐打包！非常感谢

Pros:

We had a lovely experience at Bianchi Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The reception area was organized and clean giving us a great first impression. Mr. Bassem was very helpful and made sure we had a perfect stay. The rooms were of adequate size with a good space to relax. Overall, the hospitality and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

The breakfast’s quality was good, but the portions were small. We didn’t usually receive water with our breakfast. The only drink available after eating was tea, and while it was nice, not everyone enjoys tea—there could have been more options such as coffee. Also, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in, there wasn’t an option for someone to come and clean the room during my stay, which would have been a nice service to have. With a few small improvements to the breakfast and cleaning service, this hotel would be even better.
