Pros:

they were very sweet prepared eggs and some vegetables as welcome and every morning fresh bread. The location is very nice close to beach and shops but also quiet. The room was clean and spacy with AC and kitchen. We also had terace were we chilled and there is big parking so when you rent car or ATV its perfect. I recommend it

Lovely location to walk to a lot of things.
Pros:

Location to the beach was fantastic. Quiet, could not hear other guests. Upon arrival, fresh eggs, tomatoes, cucumber, water, and cookies greeted us. Fresh buns left for us every day at the front door. Stella was lovely, helpful, and very friendly.

Cons:

Beds were a bit hard/bouncy. Towels were very rough. Bathroom always had an unpleasant odour, even though the bathroom was clean, could just be b/c we were on the ground floor.

Wonderful stay, would highly recommend.
Pros:

Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from the beach and port.. Fresh bread every morning. There was slso vegetables and eggs from the chickens on arrival. Excellent value for money.

Vi tar med oss fina minnen från Agia Anna. Väldigt fin plats!
Pros:

Prisvärt. Gångavstånd till flera stränder. Havsutsikt. Städning varje dag. Ägaren köpte strykjärn när vi påtalade att det saknades. Grönsaker och ägg vid ankomst samt frallor varje dag!

Cons:

Saknades en del husgeråd. Byt duschdraperi.

A well equipped studio in a quiet location but close to the beach and restaurants. We will definitely return.
Pros:

The studio is one of several located on a smallholding, just three minutes from the delightful local beach, shops and restaurants. It is very well equipped. Kiki, the host, is lovely and produced bread each morning and, every few days, other produce from her small holding, such as eggs, fruit and salad vegetables. Kiki does not speak English but we were able to communicate through single words and gestures. However, the very helpful daily cleaner, Stella, speaks very good English and was able to answer any queries we had. In all, we felt very well looked after.

Cons:

Very little. The shower could be updated- but otherwise there really isn’t anything to mention.

(Whilst this is not a dislike, it should be noted that beach towels are not provided - some earlier reviews said they were. This is not the case.)

Struttura perfetta per un soggiorno a Naxos
Pros:

La signora Kiki e la figlia Stella sono delle persone stupende: ogni mattina ci facevano trovare il pane. Ci hanno messo a disposizione gratuitamente l’ombrellone e ci hanno lasciato lo studio per tutta la mattinata il giorno della nostra partenza. Lo studio è vicinissimo alla spiaggia ed ai ristoranti di Agia Anna. Super consigliato

Cons:

Nulla. Solo il doccino della doccia aveva poca pressione (non è una critica, ma solo uno spunto di miglioramento)

Amazing hospitality, clean facility and super well located near beach
Pros:

everything, very well located a walking distance from the very beautiful beach of Agia Anna. Staff is very responsive and very welcoming and super flexible with all our requests. the facility is super clean and they changed our towels every day. they gave us bread every morning (amazing gesture), and there is parking outside.

Cons:

bed in master bedroom is not very comfortable, maybe the mattress and pillows shoudl be upgraded. otherwise everything was perfect, thank you for the amazing hospitality and highly recommended.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Tutto perfetto. Posizione ottima, subito dietro al porto e a due passi dai locali sulla spiaggia. Parcheggio comodo e "privato". Camera molto spaziosa con cucina e bella illuminazione. Gli host, davvero gentili, ci portavano ogni mattina il pane alla porta.

Tolle Unterkunft im Besten Teil von Agia Ana
Pros:

Super Bett, selten in so einer günstigen Unterkunft so gut geschlafen.
Jeden Morgen hingen Brötchen an der Tür.
Toller großer Balkon
Weg zum Strand minimal und abends totale Ruhe.
Vielen Dank für das hinbringen zum Hafen bei der Abreise

Cons:

Der Duschvorhang und die Kissen auf dem Balkon müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, wir sind allerdings am Ende der Saison und das passiert bestimmt zur nächsten Saison.
