Cons:

Our experience at reception was very inconsistent. The woman at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and professional. She treated us with respect and made us feel like valued guests.

Unfortunately, the man at reception had the exact opposite attitude. After I had already agreed with his female colleague that I would pay later, he actually called me down from my room just to make me pay immediately. His behavior made me feel as if I was trying to leave without paying, which was both unnecessary and disrespectful.

Hospitality starts at the front desk, and one unpleasant interaction can leave a lasting negative impression. It’s disappointing because the excellent attitude of the female receptionist was completely overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of her colleague.

Not a very Happy Holiday Hotel!
Pros:

The hotel didn’t even have an elevator and we had to carry our heavy bags to the second floor. The rooms were really tiny, even smaller than the Japanese capsule rooms. The bathrooms were even tinier. The four star in their logo is hugely misleading. It’s not even closer to the airport! The break fast was quite average.

Cons:

Basically the inconveniences, that one had to deal with, made the stay not very pleasant. The only saving grace was their helpful staff.

Pros:

המלון סביר מאוד. אין מעלית שזה מוזר ואין סבון במקלחת רק שמפו.
המיקום לא להיט גדול וארוחת הבוקר בינונית עד לא משהו בכלל.
סה"כ למטרת שינה הוא בסדר לא יותר מזה, בטח שלא לכמה לילות או לחוויה שהיא מעבר.
