Lovely neighbourhood with good restaurants in the surrounding and comfortable stay.

The view was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. The room was well designed.

Avoid this hotel at all costs...
Pros:

The staff reacted well in light of how badly everything went, refunded me 1 night of the stay and upgraded me to a higher level of room. The breakfast was decent (scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, vegetables, cheese, ham, muesli) & the bread + cakes/pastries available were tasty. The views from the 2nd room I was changed to were nice.

Cons:

In terms of cleanliness, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in my entire life. I arrived at 10pm and was given instructions on how to access the hotel since nobody would be at the reception. I was given THE worst room of the hotel. I booked a "double room" with a double bed and received a "family room" with a double bed AND a single bed, located on the ground floor right next to the reception. The walls and the door are paper thin, you can hear EVERYTHING from the reception area. Guests shouting and laughing at night in the lobby, stopping you from sleeping, every cough and moving of the chair by the receptionist in the morning. But the worst was in which state I found the room. Shit in the toilet and all over the inside of it, dirt outside of it, dirt on the floor of the bathroom, garbage under the bed, a nasty shower full of mould and stains, limestone all over the shower, dust everywhere and on all surfaces. The mattress was absolutely horrible, laid through & the pillows were in a state like they should have been changed 10 years ago. The room was freezing cold and it didn't even properly warm up when putting the heating on the maximum setting for the whole night. Once I was changed to another room, everything was full of dust there as well, the area under the bed was dirty too and there was a hair in the sheets. The receptionist said that they had a problem with their cleaning company but that the receptionist is supposed to check each room after the cleaning, which clearly didn't happen for both rooms. The second room had the same issue with noise insulation, somebody speaking in the corridor could be heard completely in the room. Turning on the water in the neighbour's room was so loud that it woke me up at 5am in my room. The mattress was better but the pillows were still horrible. It was like living in a cardboard box.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus in der Altstadt. Das Ticket wurde uns kostenlos vom Hotel zur Verfügung
gestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Morgens war der Frühstückstisch für unsere Gruppe schon reserviert, dass wir alle zusammen essen konnten. Glutenfreie Brötchen gab es auch.

If I will visit again I would stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was basic, still enough to fulfill.
I did like the fact that free variation of hot tea was available till 22:00 hrs.

Cons:

I did read the reviews and I knew that they do not have fridge in the room. I stayed in room 309 , single bed room. It was ok for me but I do not suggest an oversized person to book the room. Some rooms do have balconies, not this one. Some wall painting would be beneficial as I could see some marks.

Es gab keine Bodylotion nur Duschgel . Das Frühstück wurde teurer abgerechnet als es angeboten wurde.

Perfect place for a stopover. Very kind and welcoming staff.
Pros:

We stayed for one night and had breakfast (it was very good). We wanted to take a stroll through the city center, and the super kind guy at the front desk gave us some great pointers and free bus tickets.
