Xanadu Island Bodrum Akyarlar Oteli’nden son derece memnun kaldık.
Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren resepsiyon ekibinin karşılaması ve ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti. Tüm personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili ve samimi yaklaşımı tatilimizin en güzel yanlarından biriydi. Tesisin temizliği, odaların konforu ve genel hizmet kalitesi mükemmeldi.
Özellikle restaurant hizmetleri son derece iyiydi; yemeklerin lezzeti, sunumlar ve servis personelinin ilgisi gerçekten takdire şayandı.
Otelden ayrılırken dahi ilgi ve alakaları eksilmedi. Bizi Türk usulü uğurladılar, arkamızdan su döktüler, “Yolunuz su gibi açık olsun” diyerek güzel dileklerle yolcu ettiler.
Huzurlu, keyifli ve kaliteli bir tatil için kesinlikle doğru adres. Bodrum’da konaklamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
Tüm Xanadu Island Bodrum Akyarlar ekibine bu güzel tatil için teşekkür ederiz.

À éviter surtout ! personnel mal honnête, on nous a facturé une chambre pour 5 personnes alors que nous étions que 4. Ils ont préféré le silence pour éviter de nous rembourser nos 500 € facturé sans aucun justificatif. Booking n'a absolument pas été coopératif puisque malgré les justificatifs envoyés, a préféré couvrir l'hôtel. C'est une honte. Si ne voulait pas perdre ni votre temps ni votre argent fuyez cet hôtel et réservez en dehors de booking, chose que je ferais désormais!

staff are very good. They may not speak very good English and everyone tried their best to help us. We had an incident during our stay and the staff there have supported us well.

The food choice can be richer. For example, you can provide food from other regions (such as Asian) to attract Asian Travellers

Exceptional location, exceptional facilities, exceptional service and exceptional food! Absolutely amazing all around. 
Pros:

The quality of everything, the location, the snorkelling is amazing, the beaches are really good. Everything is exceptional. Also, we are lovers of cats, the cats in Turkey are amazing and so beautiful and friendly.

Cons:

Nothing, we like everything. The spa was a little bit smelly that was the only thing. So we didn’t go in it more than once.

A really relaxing week at the end of the season
Pros:

Real island feel. Lovely views and sunsets. Peaceful. Great facilities - and no one there! Literally had run of resort to ourselves.

Access to the à la carte restaurants a little limited.

Прекрасны персонал, в целом очень дружественный. Красивые виды, очень. Номера простоваты, но вполне удобны. Каких то сломанных или сильно изношенных вещей я не увидел. Шведский стол вроде бы небольшой, но всегда было что то вкусное. Отель определённо про уединение. На самом деле территория отеля не очень большая, но очень много зон с лежаками по периметру полуострова.

Cons:

Анимации можно сказать нет, но это не столько минус, сколько видимо концепция отеля. Не понравилась идея самому каждый раз просить обновить минибар. С одной стороны он включён в стоимость, с другой делать вы будете это на сайте на турецком языке. О, и 3 канала на русском языке, в основном с рекламой и какими то странными сериалами. Если возмодно, хотелось бы конечно расширить список.

Beautiful location, great hotel .. needs better food.
Pros:

The location is stunning ! The views are amazing!
It’s slightly older hotel , but the rooms are big and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The All inclusive is very convenient . Also the water pressure in the bathrooms was great. Really good cocktails.

Cons:

The food was the only let down , the buffet is the same every night and the quality of the food is low. There are a few hits but the rest is not good . The A la cart restaurants are always full and it
hard to get a booking.
