Good stay with helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Some employees may not have had the strongest English skills, but communication was still absolutely manageable. Our room was bright, clean, and had a beautiful mountain view with a partial sea view as well. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great that they provided a high chair for our baby.
One thing to keep in mind is the parking fee policy — the hotel charges for full 24-hour periods (€24 per 24h), regardless of how many hours the car is parked. However, this is still a better deal compared to the regular €2/hour rate without the hotel discount.

Cons:

Overall, our stay was good, although it was slightly overshadowed by the fact that the room temperature was around +28°C. If you are planning to stay before June 1st, this is something to consider. As I understood, the air conditioning will only be switched on after that date. Since we were traveling with an infant, this made things a bit challenging.
The sound insulation in the rooms could also be improved — noise from the street, neighboring rooms, and the hallway was quite noticeable

Pros:

I regret staying just for two nights.
If I explored accommodation options right now, I'd choose the Magnolia Place for 3-4 nights.
Everything was great. A wide variety of dishes for breakfast, cleanliness, comfortable bed.
I was so quiet. Moreover, I could enjoy a fascinating view from the spacious balcony.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell of frying food in the bathroom when I entered the room.
It disappeared during one night.

Pros:

Great hotel, big spacious rooms, lovely breakfast.

Cons:

The air on didn't work and staff said it was because of a centralised system and the weather not being hot enough however it was 26 degrees in our room.

קבלת הפנים היתה בעייתית מאוד.
הזמנו חדר עם שתי מיטות נפרדות וקיבלנו חדר עם מיטה אחת זוגית.
פקידת הקבלה הציעה לי לישון על הספה, למרות שהזמנתי בפירוש שתי מיטות נפרדות, ולמרות שראתה שאנחנו שתי נשים מבוגרות.
לאחר זמן הציעו לנו חדר גדול ויפה ובו שתי מיטות זוגיות נוחות.
אותה פקידת קבלה מסרה לנו דיווח מוטעה לגבי החניה ברחוב שליד המלון.
המים במקלחת לא היו די חמים.

Pros:

Выбирали с наличием СПА, но при заселении выяснилось, что СПА не работает. На 4 звезды отель не тянет. Хорошая 3-ка , да, но не 4 звезды. В номере нет ложки для обуви, чайника и чашек для чая нет, штопора тоже нет. В одной из комнат для проветривания или открывается вся балконная дверь, или ничего не открывается, то есть в режиме форточки дверь не приоткрыть. Кондиционер есть, но не включали, не было надобности. Завтрак разнообразный , можно выбрать , что хочешь, но кофе на завтрак ужасный, растворимый из кофемашины Нескафе. Мы заказывали отдельно за деньги, за деньги делают вкусный кофе; Из плюсов, рядом с отелем кафешки для местных , с нормальными ценами и до моря идти быстро, буквально минут пять, и можно купаться на пляжике отеля Пальма. Персонал работает норм, когда просили их заказать такси, всегда быстро заказывали и машины приезжали достаточно быстро.
