Pros:

Выбирали с наличием СПА, но при заселении выяснилось, что СПА не работает. На 4 звезды отель не тянет. Хорошая 3-ка , да, но не 4 звезды. В номере нет ложки для обуви, чайника и чашек для чая нет, штопора тоже нет. В одной из комнат для проветривания или открывается вся балконная дверь, или ничего не открывается, то есть в режиме форточки дверь не приоткрыть. Кондиционер есть, но не включали, не было надобности. Завтрак разнообразный , можно выбрать , что хочешь, но кофе на завтрак ужасный, растворимый из кофемашины Нескафе. Мы заказывали отдельно за деньги, за деньги делают вкусный кофе; Из плюсов, рядом с отелем кафешки для местных , с нормальными ценами и до моря идти быстро, буквально минут пять, и можно купаться на пляжике отеля Пальма. Персонал работает норм, когда просили их заказать такси, всегда быстро заказывали и машины приезжали достаточно быстро.

Pros:

Просторный номер, хороший матрас и подушки.
Очень приветливый, дружелюбный и тактичный персонал. Разнообразные и вкусные завтраки, большой выбор.
Расположение отличное, рядом есть пляж и все нужные магазины. Так же недалеко от автовокзала и аэропорта.

Cons:

Не хватило в душевой полочек для средств гигиены. У одного халата не было пояса. Было бы супер иметь два одеяла, нас поселили двоих девушек в номер с одной кроватью, одеяло друг у друга ночью воровали.

הייתה לנו חוויה ממש טובה במלון, הצוות היה מקסים. החדר היה מעולה!
Pros:

הצוות מדהים , הארוחת בוקר מעולה. החדר מצויין, נוח, נקי ומרווח! גם המיקום טוב מאוד.
הגענו מוקדם משעת הצ׳ק אין וסידרו לנו חדר למרות הכל ואפילו הזמינו אותנו לארוחת בוקר. מקום מושלם באמת.

NE PREPORUČUJEM OVAJ HOTEL
Cons:

Izuzetno loše iskustvo. Boravili smo u objektu za doček Nove godine i uvjeti su bili neprihvatljivi. Tijekom cijelog boravka iz sifona se širio jak miris kanalizacije, koji se nije mogao ukloniti ni prekrivanjem ručnikom. Grijanje/klima nisu ispravno radili pa je u sobi bilo hladno, televizija nije imala nijedan program, a zavjese nisu bile dovoljno duge da zamrače prostor. Na sve navedeno žalili smo se tijekom boravka, ali problemi nisu riješeni. Smještaj ne odgovara opisu niti standardu koji se očekuje, posebno ne za blagdanski period i plaćenu cijenu. Ne bih preporučila ovaj objekt.

Pros:

It was a nice stay. Location is amazing, 2-3 mins to Riva. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly.
Parking is in the underground garage with limited numbers and it costs 15€ per day.

Cons:

Breakfast could have more variety of food.
