Perfect nesting place on Samos.
Pros:

When we established our arrival time for Maria, she invited us to drop off our bags ahead of time. When we arrived, the room was ready, so she invited us in early. On our departure day, she suggested that we leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out, and had us keep our key to the buiilding, so we could enjoy our final day without having to lug things around.

This is a lovely place, with a small balcony where we enjoyed some coffee and pastries from a local bakery. If you want a clean, quiet stay with an attentive host at a great price, this is the place. We will be returning to Samos and to Lampis Studios.

Cons:

On one occasion, the hot water was lacking, but that was the only concern we ever had.

Pros:

In the heart of Pythagorion, at the second line so away from the noise of the endless taverns at the seafront. It was basic, but very comfortable (I didn’t expect luxury for the reasonable price!) An unexpected surprise was Maria, the owner and her fluent German, since she’s grown up there. I recommend her studios to everyone!

Lovely rooms in a great location
Pros:

Lovely accommodation just off the harbour side. We received a very warm welcome from the owner who gave us lots of information and was so helpful. The room was very clean and had enough storage, a fridge and a kettle. Short walk to the seafront and round the corner from the beach.

Heel fijn voor paar dagen
Pros:

Heel fijn was dat het vlakbij de haven is en het niet op een helling ligt
op loopafstand van Remataki beach en daar was het lekker toeven
het douche gedeelte in de badkamer is groot en dat is voor griekse begrippen uniek

Cons:

Alles was top alleen mijn nachtrust was minder door spiralen die ik voelde, Een topper erop zal het probleem direct oplossen
Kamers zijn wat klein maar dat je werkelijk echt alles bij de hand hebt maakt dat goed

Das persönlicher Gespräch mit der Besitzerin MARIA, Maria hat wie ich zufällig in Berling gelebt. Sie spricht perfekt DEUTSCH. Kommunikativ ist Maria sehr behilflich. Sie hält sich an alle örtliche Hygienevorschriften und europäisch entsprechend zertifiziert. Sie legt persönlich darauf wert dies bei der Zimmereinigung zu dokumentieren. Das persönlische Gespräch war immer möglich

It is in a wonderful location, run by lovely Maria who makes everyone so welcome.
The little balcony is marvellous too.

Cons:

A wee bit noisy on rubbish collection day as I have the balcony doors open.
