Cerviola Hotel

We arrived and checked in (third stay in this hotel) as usual. AFTER we paid, we were told that our room is outside at TJ Boutique (5mn away in the street) and the breakfast is at Cerviola of course. Absolutely not fair, because I was with my old mum, who has trouble to walk, and we booked Cerviola to be on place for the breakfast ! I had a look on TJ Boutique, which was cheaper, but decided to stay in Cerviola ! We were very upset, I did complain for a commercial discount, but no, no way ! They say we got a better room (air conditionner dirty!!), that’s all !.
On the day after, we got another room in Cerviola, but this trouble should not happened.
They said it’s because of some work in the hotel but many people were there with accomodation.
We should have been told by message before, and so we could choose another accomodation. It’s not honest from them.

Siamo arrivati dopo le 21:00 e siamo andati subito a dormire. Prima notte insonne a causa del letto che ad ogni movimento faceva rumori atroci. Il giorno successivo all’arrivo presentiamo 3 gravi problemi alla reception prima di lasciare la camera:
Letto
Televisore con schermo crepato
Frigo bar non raffreddava
Al nostro ritorno in camera nessuno dei problemi era stato comunicato. Ritorniamo in reception, e mentre ripresentiamo i problemi interviene il proprietario, che ci dice che farà cambiare il materasso e frigo e ci assicura di chiamare il tecnico per il televisore.
Attendiamo in camera e durante il cambio del materasso ci rendiamo conto che non ci sono doghe o reti sotto il materasso, ma una bella tavola in compensato di legno fissata alla base della struttura del letto.
Dal mattino successivo del nostro arrivo, dalle 7:45 iniziano i lavori di ristrutturazione dell’albergo praticamente difronte la porta della nostra stanza. Dal giovedì al sabato compreso tutte le mattine. Quindi di notte non si dormiva bene per il letto, e la mattina per i rumori di trapano e martello.
Televisore per tutta la nostra permanenza mai sistemato.
Per fortuna il frigo bar è stato sostituito, così almeno abbiamo potuto bere bevande fresche sopra.
Morale della storia siamo andati via con 2 giorni di anticipo.
