Pros:

Excellent service from all the reception desk staff, the check in process handled by the very friendly,Mr.Kimhork deserves a special mention for the amazing job he did to welcome us and making us feel at home.Daily cleaning provided by the house keeping was a big plus.
All the important supermarket chains and buses just a few minutes walk away, and a fairly big mall right opposite the hotel.Just 15 minutes bus ride to the city center. Highly recommended hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay for all those looking for a perfect place to stay in Salzburg. A very big thanks to all the staff.

The fact that we were charged double of what our travel companions were charged for the same accommodations and staff would not adjust our bill. Hotel out of the way for a a lil attractions

The worse hotel I’ve ever been in. They give me wrong room and was so rude when I asked them to change it. The breakfast was awful. I highly don’t recommend this hotel .

excellent hotel, well situated (16 minutes by car from center Salzburg)
Pros:

very clean property and close to main roads when going out to sightseeing. The staff are very good. Absolutely no complaint.

Cons:

Like some hotels you have to put the key card for the lights snd AC to work. if you go out and take the key card, once you get back after visiting Salzburg the room is hot. Ask for 2 keys so you leave one in the room.

Pros:

Large space and free parking. Very good and friendly staff.

Cons:

When we came, the bathroom was not cleaned and the bin was full or trash. The staff was quickly followed up to the cleaner team. Apart from this isolated incident, the rest of the hotel facility was very good
